We were recommended to Frank Martinez by a former sales associate with whom we dealt purchasing our several autos from Rick Case starting in 2005. We found Frank Martinez to be very friendly and knowledgeable. His peronality was very warm. We feel he did his best to provide us with an acceptable and agreeable deal that remained within our budget. When closing the deal, Mr. Contreras was also very freindly and knowledgable. He explined and answered every question to our complete satisfaction. Mr. Martrinez and Mr. Contreras are two of the reasons we keep coming back to Rick Case to purchase and/or lease a vehicle. Of course, the Hyundai is a remarkable car for the money and gives great value for the dollar. In addition, I have had experirce dealing with your Service Department and have always found everything is done to my complete satgisfaction. I consistently recomend Rick Case to any one wishing to purchase a new or preowned vehicle. More

I give this rating for multiple reasons. Nobody likes to deal with getting a new or used vehicle. This is my second lease with this dealership and I believe I got a fair deal and will be looking forward to deal with getting a new or used vehicle. This is my second lease with this dealership and I believe I got a fair deal and will be looking forward to another in 2-3 years.Salesman Abdel Mahmoud was very patient, Ted Goldberg made the financing paperwork (usually a long process, a breeze) Also Ted has a great and warm personality.And the times I've had to get my old 2011 serviced Ernest Bynes is great, always calls back, and offers assistance i.e. a loaner car when needed. The day of my visit (and purchase) was very pleasant. My salesman, Andy Taylor, and finance gentleman, Ted Goldberg, couldn't have been nicer. It was a pleasure doing business with them. However, when I returned on Wednesday, I was very disappointed to find that I could not lower my monthly payments by cancelling the service agreement I had signed. I'm sure you know how overewhelming it can be signing paper after paper during a sale. Upon re-reading these papers at home, I decided that I did not want the service contract. Upon returning to the dealership,I was told by Mike that nothing could be done to cancel the service contract and that even if it could be cancelled and the $1500 returned to me, it still wouldn't lower my monthly payments. (I didn't appreciate Mike's attitude either.) This kind of took the glow off the wonderful service I received when buying my car. I don't see why the contract couldn't be cancelled and my monthly payments reduced. It was all explained to me but I just don't think it's right. The reason I came back on Wednesday instead of sooner was that I had an appointment to Enviroguard on my car. Had I known that I only had a couple of days to cancel anything, I would have certainly come back sooner. More
