Stefano Vigil is the worst advisor at this dealer. He has poor customer service skills. He failed to update me about my car status and return my calls. Given that he knew about my transportation trouble, he should have called or texted me so that I could make arrangements. Because of that experience, I will not bring my car to this dealer for any future services or purchase a new car with them. I drove from Hollywood to this dealership only because my buying experience was great, and my first oil change advisor was excellent. However, this trip will be my last trip there. You can’t beat their 20 year, 200,000 mile warranty! I first dealt with Juan from internet sales management who was very helpful. Went for an oil change was in and out quicker than expected however received my car back with the service light still on and my tires with all different pressures.
