From the time I walked onto the lot to the time I left RAUL JOSEPH made sure I was taken care of. Raul was very helpful in finding the vehicle that was right for me and my budget. He made sure I was getting the best deal he could possibly offer. Raul was not overbearingly persuasive. He actually gave me information and let me take my time to decide if I wanted to continue with the deal. After my purchase, Raul followed up with me for the next few days (as he said he would) to ensure I was enjoying my new car and to offer any further assistance. The one thing I was disappointed with was the fact that I didn't get a FULL tank of gas with my purchase. This dealership's rule is if the car is brand NEW, then you get a FULL tank. If the car is USED, you ONLY get $20 worth of gas; which in my case didn't even move the needle to half tank. I feel this rule is unjust, especially when I just spent $30K on a car. Used or not, the customers should get a full tank of gas. That's the least the dealership could do since they charge you a standard "$599 dealership services fee", whatever that entails, which is automatically included in your contract. In spite of the gas, I would recommend this dealership only because of the service I received from Raul. More
