Was looking for a good used car at a great price.. Went to several dealerships, and was considering Carmax and Carvana.. Found a couple cars in my price range online with Rick Case in Duluth, and thought I would take a look. This isn't hyperbole - this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Their used cars go through intensive inspection, repair and replace, then are offered for sale - with a 10 year 100k powertrain warranty! That blew me away. Kush Patel was a wonderful salesman, so friendly and had the patience of a Saint. Never pushy at all. I so appreciated his honestly and his understanding with staying in my budget, he just went over the top to find us the right car. Thank you Kush. Jhon Louis took care of our financing, and was simply wonderful. Funny, friendly, honest, and took so much time to go through all of our options and get us out the door. I brought my Kona in the the 15,000 mile check up. Andre was very courteous and explained the maintenance that could be done on my vehicle. I choose the oil change and alignment. He told me the length of time it would take..and escorted me to the customer waiting area. My vehicle was done in the time frame that Andre told me plus he came to the waiting area to give me updates on my Kona. After payment he walked me to the car and even backed it around for me to make it easier for me to be on my way! Thank you Andre!!
