I went in because I received a flyer that advertised lowering my interest rate. JonCarlos met me as soon as I walked in the door and totally made me feel at ease. I felt no pressure from him, it truly seemed like he wanted to help me. As a single woman, it's hard walking in to a car dealership because you don't want to be taken advantage of (it's always in the back of your mind). 2 years ago, I felt very taken advantage of. This time it was different, the people were different, the attitudes were different. When I met the General Sales Manager, I knew it was a new day at this dealership. Mickey was amazing. Go genuine, you could tell he was one of the "good guys". He also made me feel like he really wanted to help me. It was as if I was a friend or family member to these guys and they wanted to give me the best deal they could. I walked out of there with a BIG smile on my face. I couldn't believe I had gotten such a good deal. I've already told several people that I work with about your dealership and my experience. In addition, they didn't have Guest Services the last time I purchased a car, so meeting Joey Foust was a delight. He was so nice, patient and did a really good job of explaining everything to me. I also much mention, Angela Willoughby - what a smart, caring individual. No pressure from her what so ever. And her willingness to help me with my trade in, went above and beyond. It was like an episode of the "Twilight Zone".......I was walking in to the same building, but everything was different (but in a good way). More
Ford Focus developed transmission problems in Fredericksburg Virginia leaving us stranded en route to a wedding on Saturday. Mickey Moseley sent a flatbed with a replacement car to meet us, picked our car and took it back to the dealership. Transmission problem was corrected and we were able to pick up our car on the next work day. We didn't make it to the wedding, but the prompt efficient service made the car malfunction much more bearable. Thanks so much to the nice staff at Richmond Ford West. More
I came in a couple of months ago to test drive the car I wanted and I was happily surprised by Shawn, who was informative, helpful, funny, and genuine. He told me what I needed to know, laid out the option wanted and I was happily surprised by Shawn, who was informative, helpful, funny, and genuine. He told me what I needed to know, laid out the options plainly, and he didn't push me so I felt uncomfortable or coerced. I went to a couple of other dealerships to see if I could find a better deal but honestly, I returned as much for Shawn as for the better rate quote. He remembered me immediately, remembered my details, and seemed genuinely delighted to see me. EVERYONE at the dealership was friendly and appreciative and helpful, and for someone like me who's always concerned I'm bothering someone, they were great about making me feel okay about asking questions or requesting assistance. All in all, Shawn set the tone for a really good experience that made me a great deal less hesitant about switching companies and shifting to Ford. More

I have been in customer service in some sort of way all my life and I can tell you that is very important to me. Our salesman Ben was great and made us the happy new owners of a Ford Edge. Joey was great, Angela was very kind and took time to explain everything in detail nothing was rushed it was as if I was the only customer. And as if that was not enough I was greeted by Mr. Kody himself. Twice in the same visit. I cannot say enough good things about the dealership and the employees. But I can tell you if you are shopping for a vehicle go to Richmond Ford West and ask for Ben Parrish he will get you on the road! More
I went on my lunch break to kick off the process of buying my new Focus. I told Ben I had one hour to get everything done that I needed to. They had to bring the car in from another dealer, so I expected about a two day wait. Within two hours, I received a call that my car would be ready to go today. My entire experience at Ford West was great and I would highly recommend them to anyone. More

I enjoyed working with Shawn, Joey and Doug. They were very helpful with the complete process and we completed the selection, price, service information and financing in record time. The 2013 F150 truck very helpful with the complete process and we completed the selection, price, service information and financing in record time. The 2013 F150 truck I purchased looks and drives great. Previously I had purchased a 2008 F150 truck from Richmond Ford which still looked like new and was in such great condition (Richmond Ford had serviced it) that I sold it to my son. He loves it! More

When it was determined that his dealership could not help us in our financing request, he assisted us in working with a partner dealership. This was through no fault of Shawn's, just though a lack of the dealership being able to meet our limitations. Shawn takes great pride in being a stand up guy and I would work with him again.He was patient in listening to what I was looking for and made every effort to assist us.
