I had visited other dealerships including the Broad street location. After talking to Stephanie and explaining what we wanted to accomplish, she assured me that she could help. After meeting with Stephanie and taking a test drive with Mr. Marvin Taylor and reiterating what we needed to do, we made a deal on a very nice F250. Not only were we impressed with our salesman but, also with Angela "the finance wizard". We were treated like family by all the people that we came in contact with. From start to finish the process was seamless and professional. Best customer service We have ever received during a new car purchase. Robin Wood, GM is phenomenal to work with and did not pressure or try to make the deal just for get the car sold. He truly cared about what was important to the customer and wanted us to make an informed decision that we felt ultimately happy and comfortable with in the long run. He even gave us an amazing deal on the SUV. Joey Foust, Guest Services was kind and fantastic in explaining aftermarket products that may be of interest-- again no pressure to buy! Then it was off to F&I where Angela Willoughby took amazing care of the paperwork and dealer processing in a fast and efficient manner. She was such a joy to work with and breath of fresh air! We ended up getting the extended warranty and she was kind enough to explain and run numbers so we could see the difference in cost. Overall, this is the best experience we have ever had buying a car and we have bought many over the years. The staff is friendly, competent and truly cares about your wants/needs and building a longstanding relationship.
