My only complaint is that once I decided to go with the lease, the process became very slow and it was a couple hours later before I could leave with the car. I would definitely consider purchasing a vehicle from Richmond Ford West again. More
Had a great experience! Internet shopped for this particular vehicle 2012 Toyota Camry. Stopped by when dealership was closed to look at vehicle then contacted dealership vi Internet shopped for this particular vehicle 2012 Toyota Camry. Stopped by when dealership was closed to look at vehicle then contacted dealership via internet. Made appointment to see and test drive vehicle and the customer service alone sold the car. They all were very helpful not pushy and did not rush us to make a decision. Possibly could have known a little more about features but promised to get back with me on my questions. More

I have had the pleasure of knowing Ron and Jeanine since they moved to Richmond. Ron and Jeanine are just genuinely good people. Ron got me connected with Ben Parrish when I started looking for my F250. Within a couple hours of our first conversation, Ben had sent me everything I needed. Ben answered every question I had promptly but never was never "high pressure" or "pushy". We made the deal and the Richmond Ford team got the truck brought in. Joey Foust did a great job on his end with the guest services side of the purchase. Ben went over everything on the truck (despite it being 8:30 pm and pouring down rain) and I was on my way. So, when you are ready to buy.......go see the Kodys and Ben Parrish. More

Good deal at great dealership Salesman Michael Arnold sold us a 2013 Ford -150 new pickup. From the first time I contacted Richmond Ford West via the inte I can't express how wonderful our experience was in purchasing our new Ford Fusion. From the first time I contacted Richmond Ford West via the internet until we walked out with keys in our hand, my expectations were met and exceeded. Why would I return to Richmond Ford and recommend others to do so as well: Corwin Macentee--I told him what I was looking for and he worked to find just exactly what I wanted. Never once did he try to sell me something I wasn't interested in. He had answers to every question I asked. When we first met, I wasn't even sure I wanted to purchase a car; and definitely wasn't sure I wanted a Ford; but when he started talking about the product and was able to compare Ford to other brands he won me over to a Ford. Parke Chenault--Never once did I feel that I was just another customer. He took the time to make sure myself and my husband were comfortable with our purchase and explained everything clear enough for me to understand. Joey Foust--If I was worrying we had made a mistake in purchasing a Ford, I definitely wouldn't have been after talking with Joey. Just saw him this morning again when bringing the car in to have the Protection stuff put on; and he was just as friendly and helpful as he was the day we purchased the car. Doug Williams--WOW! A finance guy that I trusted with everything. In other words, the entire staff at Richmond Ford West needs to be commended. I almost want to go back just to hang out with them. You can definitely tell they enjoy their jobs at Richmond Ford. There is absolutely no way they could all be so happy, helpful and friendly if they didn't. NOW--why did I buy my car here rather than the "other" dealer. No, it was not the price, because to be honest, I had a better "out the door" offer from the other guys. Not by much, but still better. (Corwin and Parke quickly showed me the Owner Advantage Info so when you added that into it--I was more comfortable). What sold me on Richmond Ford was the sign on the door when I walked in last week "We Will Be Closed For Mother's Day". Any company that takes care of it's employees by closing for something other than the major holidays is pretty special! It meant quite a bit to me to know that the owners care this much for their employees. Once I saw that sign I never went back to the "other guys". If I was going to spend money it was going to be with Richmond Ford. Thanks Corwin and all the Richmond Ford staff! More

Very seldom will you find a car salesman who is willing to spend 3 hours to determine exactly what you are looking for in a new truck. Bob took the time to allow me to test drive 3 different trucks. I can assure you very few salespeople in this market would do that. Doug Williams the finance director at Richmond Ford West was also exceptional, taking the time to fully discuss all possible finance options in addition to extended warranty coverage. Michael Timperio in Guest Services was extremely helpful in going over any add-ons and extras available with the purchase of the F150. I strongly recommend this dealership and the individuals mentioned if you are in the market for a new vehicle. More

We started the discussion over the phone, he tested the car the next day, and the day after that we did the deal. Everyone that we dealt with was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. There were no high pressure pitches or evasive answers to questions. This is our first time with this dealership (and our first Ford), and I would have no hesitations in recommending both the product and the dealership. The process was easy and I met the owner, who expressed his appreciation of our business. Great experience from start to finish. More

With this being said, I have never had a car buying experience that was as pleasurable as this one with Richmond Ford West. Ben Parrish by far is the best car salesman I have ever met. I didn't feel pressured to make a decision at anytime. He was more than thorough on the details surrounding the Escape and all its bells and whistles. I never once felt that he lied to me. What really impressed me, cars were nasty and all dealer due to pollen, Ben ensured I saw a clean car. This speaks loud of the professionalism and desire to exceed the expectations of the customer. I will be back to see Ben. My rating: 100% excellent Joey Foust explained his product and what guest services did. I felt he was sincerely interested in protecting our investment. Thank you Joey. My rating: 100% excellent Angela Willoughby, wow what can I say. She not only exceeded my expectations, she was stellar. My wife and I were very comfortable with her. Angela gave us options and explained the options so we could make an educated decision. I met Angela on the Sales floor, I was looking at the Cobra, she started visiting with me, which was very enjoyable. Can't say enough. My rating: 100% excellent I met Robin Wood, he assured me that Richmond Ford West was the place to buy. That service was second to no one. Thank you Robin. Ron Kody, how impressed I was that he took the time to say hello and invite us to the training on the 3rd Tuesday of the month. When the owner has time for the customer, all things are right. you don't see this in most dealerships. Over all, Richmond Ford West was clean and inviting, friendly, responsive and made the experience fun. You guys also make good coffee.
