I would have to say this was the most pleasant purchase in history for me when it comes to buying a truck. The folks I dealt with JonCarlos, Robin Wood and Doug Williams all top notch. I had many options on the table in buying the new truck actually I was about to buy from another dealer and just stopped in to see what Richmond ford (West) had sitting on the lot. I walked up and saw it...price saving on the window...DONE deal...the three amigos jumped into action, I was done and in my new truck within an hour and half....best experience I have had. I have been back once to check on something and to be honest even the gentlemen in the service lane sweeping up came over and we talked about the truck and just had a great conversation. My husband and I stopped by y I just wanted to take a moment to thank the team at Richmond Ford West for making my car buying experience a GREAT one. My husband and I stopped by your dealership July 19 on the way to a family function and Bob Wikinson met us on the sidewalk. I told him we would not be buying today but rather just wanted to compare a couple of the cars on the lot. He was wonderful! Knowing he was not going to make a sale that day, he went to great lengths to show us cars and answer all questions. The following Friday, my husband called Bob to ask if I could test drive the fusion around 5:00 pm (pick the car up, drive it about 30 miles to pick my husband up and come back). Not only was the car parked in front ready to go when I got there, but gased up for my 'long' test drive. The rest of my/our experience with Bob was equally as nice, never ceasing to answer questions or to check on us. The other two team players, Joey Foust and Bob Wikinson we dealt with were excellant as well. Both Joey and Bob explain things completely even though the hour was getting late. We never felt rushed or pressured, but rather I felt like they really cared about 'US' and our car buying experience. Being 50, I've purchased a few cars over the years and generally hate the whole process. This experience however was really wonderful. Bob, Doug and Joey all went above and beyond to ensure my husband and I were informed and happy with our choices. Thank you Bob, Doug and Joey for making my car buying experience a GREAT one!! I will definitly recommend Richmond Ford West to my friends and co-workers and look forward to dealing with your service department in the future. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!
