F250 - Great Richmond Ford West experience Everyone at Richmond Ford West was great; they were helpful and patient as I worked through what was best for our needs and searched the eastern half Everyone at Richmond Ford West was great; they were helpful and patient as I worked through what was best for our needs and searched the eastern half of the US for a specific F150 configuration which wasn't available. Since I didn't want to order and wait, they helped find an F250 which gives us more capability than we would have had for a similar price. They jumped through hoops to get and install a few options and were great about keeping me informed while everything was installed. Very courteous and customer focused. More

We needed a new, more spacious ride. And now we have one – thanks to our friends at Richmond Ford West. From initial internet inquiry, to test drive, to signing the dotted line (or 30), to waving goodbye as I drove off the lot in my new 2014 Ford Escape – I was beyond impressed. Every employee there plays a role, and while each individual person is fantastic, it’s the feeling of having a team on your side that makes the customer experience truly unique. Special thanks to Shawn Kelley for listening to me gush about my puppy and mourn the trade-in of my beloved Mustang.
