Excellent service with Crystal Fusion I was in last week checking out the new Mustangs. Palmer gave me a well informed guided tour. He told me about Crystal Fusion (which strengthens the windshield and keeps those chips away) and got Joey over to answer any other questions. They both were very professional and courteous. I now have it on my car and am looking forward to better vision in the rain and less chips. I recommend the dealership and Palmer and Joey. More

I received such wonderful service (again!) that I had to write another review. Joey was an absolutely delight. He was very thorough in explaining what I needed to do to ensure that the interior and exterior of my car remained in pristine condition - as well explain the warranty features on my windshield. I may not remember everything he said (it's a lot to soak in - pun intended!), but I feel completely comfortable giving him a call if I have any questions. I wish more car dealerships had a Joey Foust - makes the car buying experience so much more appealing. More

A coworker recommended I visit Richmond Ford West and I was able to negotiate a fantastic price; however, the customer service received is something on which you really can't put a price tag. Mickey - fantastic. Richard - fantastic. Joey - fantastic. Doug - fantastic. Also, I was in a rush due to work commitments. My car wasn't finished being cleaned up and made pretty before I had to head into a client meeting. Richard went out of his way to drive my car to me and pick up my old one at my office. Who does that!? I never thought I'd see myself ever considering purchasing a Ford 5-7 years ago, but I can proudly say that I will recommend to anyone and everyone that they pay Richmond Ford West a visit.
