I also spoke with two of the Guest Services reps … first was Mike Timperio who got everything set up for the extras on my car. Then to finish up the process and to explain the finer details was Joey Foust. The Richmond Ford Guest Services guys are the best. I know things about my car that I would never have thought to ask and I know who to go to when I do have a question. I can not sign off with out a few words for Marvin Taylor !!!
