While Stephanie Riggsby was the first to contact me, she was also the least aggressive and most attentive to our needs. We started our physical car search at this dealership with an intentional appointment and suggested stock number. Three and a half hours later, we were signed, sealed and delivered. This has been our quickest and smoothest car buying experience together, as a couple and a family. We didn't have any wait or lag time between transactions. Our trade-in was evaluated during the test drive. A much needed exterior and interior product was shown to us as financing ensued, and was easily included in our purchase. The steps to buying a car may always be the same, but the process varies each time. While this dealership may not always offer the exact car we want or need for everyone in our growing family, they set the bar for experience and they will always remain in consideration when purchasing cars for my mother-in-law and children.
