He made every effort to ensure we were taken care of to identify the cars that met our interests. He was dedicated to customer service. A true asset to this dealership. Senior sales representative: Ed...exuberant and boisterous in assisting the customer to meet their wishes, partly to a fault. Does his best to resolve any and all issues. Assistant: Stephanie. Very courteous, polite, and humorous. Financial Assistant: Marvin. Very respectful and diligent to ensure that we truly understood every fine point of the contract as well as the benefits of the supplemental options. Admittedlly, it was an approximate 8-hour experience, due to the negotiations, some confusion, and final car selections. Went the extra mile We were looking for a new car for our granddaughter's 16th birthday. With the help of Chris Williams we found a car with the.. safety features..mileag We were looking for a new car for our granddaughter's 16th birthday. With the help of Chris Williams we found a car with the.. safety features..mileage.. price I wanted and the features my granddaughter wanted. Chris answered ALL my questions and I had many!! They came back with the deal and I tweaked it a little bit more and it was accepted with NO hassle. From there on to the finance department and dealt with Tyler Goins to close the deal. Tyler was efficient and a pleasure to deal with. All the people we came into contact with were super nice. A little more insight into Chris Williams...He is new to selling cars and is already a PRO..I predict a wonderful future for him and Richmond Ford West is lucky to have him as part of their staff!! They had exactly the F250 we wa After visiting several Ford dealerships we found the people at Richmond Ford West to be excellent to do business with. They had exactly the F250 we wanted, at a fair price with a fair trade. Even though they are 80 miles from our home, the quality of their customer service is worth the drive. For example, after purchasing the Auto Armor protection, we were told that when we run out of cleaner and/or protection supplies, we could pick up more for free as long as we own our new vehicle. Not only do they provide the products, but since we live so far away, they ship them to us - no charge, JonCarlos was a pleasure to work with in Sales and Joey continues to be a great customer service provider. There are hundreds of Ford dealers, but only one Richmond Ford West. Thanks guys. More

WOW!! Joey Foust convinced me to invest in having my 2009 F350 "Clay Barred".
