Secondly, the car had exposed wires at your feet where the computer is, the thing was so dirty, and carfax claimed no crashes and clearly there was on the front end. Thirdly, while walking around with my sales associate,Martin, he drops the "F" word. Now that's just lovely. Forth, now while they were going replace the carpet and clean it, had to nerve to waste two + hours can place in front of my an offer that was supposed to ". Make it worth my time". Seriously, it was the sticker price. Sadly and depressingly, I left without purchasing that car i had been waiting to own for days. So,so, sad. More

We had the special paint and interior protection applied and also had the flex fit cover and spray in bedliner installed. Floyd Campbell was an excellent salesman. He was very helpful and didn't pressure us to purchase anything. Brandon Jackson did an excellent job in explaining the interior/exterior protection along with the liner and bed cap. Joey Foust also gave us some great customer service. When dropping the truck off to have all the work done we, at the last second, decided to have the window rain guards and front bug shield installed. Without hesitation he said no problem and had it done along with the other installs. They were all very friendly and professional which made us feel very comfortable. All the work was completed on time and everything looked great! More

My wife and I have both bought vehicles from JonCarlos in the last 6 months and he has been fantastic! Just the entire experience was great. Thank you! Joey Foust was very informative and listened to what I wanted versus all of the services he offered. He was attentive to my needs and followed up with me the next day to schedule and it was sooner than expected making everything even more enjoyable. Joey was very easy to deal with and even allowed me to watch a video of the product on his phone. Marvin in finance was great to speak with. I felt like we were having more of a conversation and I enjoyed the time with him. He also stayed late on Labor Day to help finish the process which I found to be outstanding customer service. The deal was worked out and agreed upon with the salesman and the manager. I came in with my cashiers check to sign papers and they sold it out from under us while we sat there waiting for the paperwork. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! More
Our New Explorer I had bought several cars from Ed Palmatteri when he was in Charlottesville. We had kept in touch with each other since. When my lease was up on my w I had bought several cars from Ed Palmatteri when he was in Charlottesville. We had kept in touch with each other since. When my lease was up on my wife's Town&Country he was the first person I called. We have be Chrysler customers for the last ten years this is our first Ford. Once Ed and I had worked out the financing I spoke to Rheanna. She arranged the delivery time and got the car ready for delivery. When we arrived she went over the vehicle's features, offered us a test drive. She completed the paperwork in a timely manner and we took delivery. We are very pleased the way our deal worked out and are happy with our Explorer. Thanks to Ed, Rheanna and Tyler for an outstanding experience. I will be back in March 2016 to buy a Mustang GT. Bad taste left in our mouth My wife decided to come out and test drive a car on the lot even though it wasn't what we wanted because it had a feature we wanted. We get there the car isn't there and the saleswomen who came out to help us said "Well they have been flying off the lot lately." We decided to test drive another model of the car just to make sure is what we wanted and we told her we had a slip for a $50 gift card she said well that is only for scheduled test drives but I will talk to my manager. We get back and we come into the showroom and sit down in her office while she goes and talks to the sales manager (Ken). Time ticked by and we hadn't had dinner and were wondering if he would come talk to us. Finally he came in and we told him that we had issues with there other dealer and he said we are two separate stores don't let our other store make your mind up. I gave them a chance never heard from them so I called them later on the next day. I told her we were not interested in the other car they showed us they would bring down but I had 2 backs ups in case 1 didn't work out. She said I will go talk to him and call you back. I am still waiting to hear back I guess I wasn't important enough or didn't sound like I was going to buy soon enough. I was quite upset I decided to give them a shot didn't hold a grudge due to the other store and still the same result. More
