Very Friendly and Helpful I have been looking to purchasing a new 2016 Ford Escape. I found one on Internet through Richmond Ford West website at a good price. So I called and I have been looking to purchasing a new 2016 Ford Escape. I found one on Internet through Richmond Ford West website at a good price. So I called and talk to a gentleman named Del. He told me the price that I saw was what it was and was very friendly and answered all my questions. He asked would I like to look at it. When I got to dealership they had the vehicle parked out front reserved for me and when I walked in I was greeted by Del and Tony. They were very friendly and new their product and showed me to the vehicle. Tony told me all about the vehicle inside and out. Let me take it for a test drive and was getting know me better. When we arrived back they had worked some figures for me and wasn't pressuring me into buy. After deciding to purchase a gentleman name Joey came and talked to me about protecting my investment with some products that he had available. He knew the product and the demonstration he provided was very informative and looked amazing. Doug in financing went over a few things with me and showed me some more options and told me what he thought was best and helped me finalize everything. So I was very pleased with my purchase and I would consider returning as a customer in the future. More

Good dealer, at first My first thought on the dealership was that they didn't have things together. I made an appointment to see another salesman on a Saturday. I get there and JonCarlos informs me that the salesman isn't there, he has the day off. I immediately get a bit frustrated, but that's when JonCarlos took control. He was awesome to work with and his replies to my emails were almost immediate. After a month or so, things started to go downhill. Replies to my emails were taking at least 10 days. My last email to him was on February 9.. I have yet to hear back from him. Granted, the car I want is a bit rare and hard to find with the options I want... I understand that. It's not like going to buy a typical Chevy or Ford. After telling him that I wanted an 8 cylinder repeatedly, he emails me about a 6 cylinder. He doesn't seem to really listen. There is also no reason a salesman should be so 'busy' as to take weeks to get back to a prospective client. It's apparent that he doesn't have time for me. I also called the sales manager and left him a voicemail in hopes that he would help me. It's been over a month and I've never received a phone call. After my experience, I am shocked they have such a great rating. I am done with this dealership.. they will not get my business or money ever and I will advise friends and family to go elsewhere. More
