Not Happy with the Second Experience I bought a car back in June and that experience went well but after a month I decided the car was just too small for me so I decided to trade it in. I dealt with the same salesperson who continued to be good to work with but I didn't like the attitude of the sales manager I worked with this time (not the same person as the first time) or how he talked to me like I was a child when I made an offer on a vehicle. There was also some other issues that I will not bring up on this review but I will just say I don't plan on going back to this dealership based on what happened the second time. More

Had a great experience overall with a few hiccups they were quick to resolve. Fast forward to last week and I was shopping for another car for my parents. Just on a whim, I stopped into Richmond Ford West (I was not looking for a FORD but they had used cars). Surprisingly I found a car they had taken in a week earlier on trade, and it fit what I wanted (Mercedes Benz). I grabbed a salesman (Tony), well he found me ;-), and we sat and talked pricing. What I like about them is they understand how I shop, and valued my time (unlike another dealership I had visited). We got right to the bottom line, and made a deal happen. I had to go eat, so we connected later when they had all the paperwork in order - I can honestly say that in the last 3 years, out of the many cars I have purchased, they had me in and out of the Finance office in about 15 minutes. The car was prepped and ready for me to drive off. My only issue is their prep guys need to do a better job (both cars could have been prepped better). But, overall, a definite recommendation from me. More

Great Dealership I was very impressed with everyone I worked with at this dealership. My salesperson, Ben Parrish, was fantastic. He worked hard to explain all the upgrades my new Explorer had that my old Explorer didn't. The allowed me to ask questions and worked to explain available financing. The Sales Manager, Ed Palmateer, also introduced himself to us and was very personable and I enjoyed talking to him. Corwin went over all the Ford "books" as well as some of the other services that the dealership offers. He was well informed and very knowledgeable about his work. The Finance Manager, MikeTimperio, was the nicest Finance Manager I have ever worked with. He worked hard to get me the best deal. When I was in his office and told him that payment wouldn't work with my budget, he went to work and got me a deal. My payment only increased $35/month going from a 2013 Ford Explorer to a 2017 Ford Explorer with lots more accessories. I was really impressed with all of the gentlemen I worked with as well as the receptionist and other salespersons. Each person was nice, there was no pressure for me to buy. I never felt "dumb" asking certain questions. Overall this buying experience was one of the best I have ever had. Will definitely be back to purchase another vehicle from this dealership. More
