Joey Foust explained the optional protection packages & allowed me to pick the features right for me. The car had a small clitch with the passenger window that the service department was able to easily fix on the same visit Joey Foust had set up for the upholstery treatment. A free loaner car was provided as promised. Everyone at the dealership has been friendly & helpful on all of my visits there. More

Benjamin Kramer met us as we walked up and took us through the process very smoothly. He has a wonderful blend of approachability and professionalism. We enjoyed his company and love our new car! Other cars we looked at before coming here were more expensive, and had less to offer than the one we bought. I would like to add that everyone that assisted us in the process were friendly and made us feel special. Joey Foust was especially helpful in our decision to get the Auto Armour treatment which was applied yesterday. This trip to the dealership was made so easy - I had a loaner car for the day - and my car was ready exactly when they said it would be. And Gorgeous... Again, Joey and Ben went out of their way to help and assist me. Ben arranging for a small repair and Joey helping me load my days worth of shopping from the loaner to my car. Committed to Great Customer Service We came into the dealership with a vehicle in mind. We had already done the research and had planned to confirm what trim level of an Explorer we want We came into the dealership with a vehicle in mind. We had already done the research and had planned to confirm what trim level of an Explorer we wanted. Antoine greeted us with a big smile. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He accompanied us on a test drive. During the drive, he allowed my husband and I to experience the vehicle without pressure. He answered all the questions I threw at him. Once back at the dealer, he facilitated communication with his manager and made us feel very welcomed. We ended up buying a 2017 Ford Explorer that night. The next day, Antoine called to make sure we made it home the night before and to see how we were enjoying the vehicle so far. Not once did we feel like just a number to him. Overall I was very impressed with the entire process. More

Explained everything in detail, made sure I had the app installed on my phone just in case we needed to submit a claim. And when I picked up the car after the work was done, he even helped transfer my groceries from the loaner car to mine! How's that for service!!! More
