This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a car dealership. The only reason we went here was because it was a warranty problem and it was close to us at the time. It was like pulling teeth for them to act on the issue and do anything. I had to get in touch with the service manager to get anything done and inform them of a COPUS order to get a part. I dealt with Chris Coffey in service and later a lady that were the WORST. Never return my calls, emails, never put in a COPUS order for the transmission module until a month and a half after having our car, never got us a rental car after saying they were getting us one, and had our car for over two months. We had relocated at this time so we had to spend additional money to go and pick up our car. As I said, do not take your car here. They are were the worst in service and providing good customer service. They are a large dealership, so they don’t realize where the problem stems from. More

Shelly you are great. my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the car buying process. When we got to our appointment you had the car right up to the window so we could look at it while buying.
