Great customer service I purchased the Crystal Fusion product for my windshield when I purchased my 2015 Mustang in May of 2015. The windshield had to be replaced last week I purchased the Crystal Fusion product for my windshield when I purchased my 2015 Mustang in May of 2015. The windshield had to be replaced last week due to a rock hitting it while driving on the interstate. After the windshield was replaced, I called Richmond Ford West in order to make arrangements to have the Crystal Fusion process applied to my new windshield. Joey Foust handled the arrangements. I was able to drop off my car the next morning.and at noon I picked it up. The Crystal Fusion process been taken care of free of charge and Joey had my car washed and waiting for me. Joey makes sure your needs and expectations are met. More
