EXCELLENT PERSONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE I purchased my 2017 Ford Escape in July 2016 and purchased the exterior and interior protection package. I brought my car in on 2/23/17 for a routine I purchased my 2017 Ford Escape in July 2016 and purchased the exterior and interior protection package. I brought my car in on 2/23/17 for a routine service and I had noticed that blue dye from denim pants was rubbing off and staining my tan leather seats. I spoke with Joey Foust and he explained and showed me how to file a claim through ECPI. He explained in detail how the process would play out . He even took the time to load the App onto my phone for me, which was a huge help. He took the car to the detailing shop and within 15 minutes, he returned my car and all the stains were gone. This was so incredibly helpful to me and I appreciated very much Joey taking the time to handle this for me. Joey has always gone out of his way to provide an excellent customer experience. Every time I have dealt with anyone at this dealership, I have been delighted by their friendly welcoming attitude and their willingness to do anything possible to satisfy the customer.....the staff are always smiling and pleasant....such a delightful change from my dealings with West Broad Honda where I always felt like they were doing me a favor just to speak to me. Kathy Tester is the Service Advisor that helped me today and she was exceptional. She was friendly and welcoming and she reviewed everything on the service form with me. I am extremely pleased with the Richmond Ford West staff and I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. I can tell that the employees of Richmond Ford West love their company and their jobs. Everyone speaks very highly of the the owners, The Kodys. Sam explained all the features quickly, and made sure we understood what we were getting. Joey was great at explaining additional items we could add, and finally Marvin was a nice breath of air from your typical finance person, not pushy or dramatic when extras were not accepted like other dealerships south of the river. They are trying really hard to be a great dealership At first they seemed like any other dealership. A guy (Mike) came out and met us and showed me some cars. However, he was very freindly and didn't s At first they seemed like any other dealership. A guy (Mike) came out and met us and showed me some cars. However, he was very freindly and didn't seem to pressure or push like I have seen at other places. He just answered questions I had. He ended up spending about 6 hours helping me decide on what I wanted. He then brought in Del who worked a good deal for me which I was very happy with and was better than what had been advertised. Joey did some demos on their add on services for protecting the inside and outside of the vehicle. He was very efficient, friendly, and informative. Marvin was very funny but really knew his numbers and was able to explain everything in great detail. They seem committed to a long term relationship. Mike even called me a few days later to see if I was happy and if I had any questions. They have a new owner seminar as well for my specific vehicle. I didn't have very high expectations, but I came away very impressed. I just didn't expect to have such great service. Nice job guys! More
