We actually liked the Ford the most so we decided to go to the nearest Ford dealer, Richmond Ford West. Tonya Carmony greeted us and showed us around the lot. The used Fords that she had just didn't fit what we needed. We actually drove and purchased a used Toyota Tundra. It's a very nice vehicle. Sticker price was already discounted but the dealership was able to discount it further once we told them our max price. AND they gave a us very good trade in value on our vehicle. We dealt with Marvin Taylor Sr for our financing. Great guy! We had some financing questions the next day and dealt with Ben Kramer (Marvin was on vacation). Everyone was very pleasant and easy to deal with. No pushy sales at all. Options were presented in a straightforward manner and rejection was easily accepted. As much as we dreaded purchasing a new vehicle, we were very pleased with our experience at Richmond Ford West and would not only recommend them to others but will return there in the future when we are in need again More
