What a pleasant car buying experience. I did not plan to visit this dealership on this day. I had an appointment with another dealership and when I arrived, was informed the vehicle I was s I did not plan to visit this dealership on this day. I had an appointment with another dealership and when I arrived, was informed the vehicle I was supposed to discuss had been sold the previous day, but I was ever informed. I was a bit put off by this seeing as how it took us over an hour to drive there. A quick look on the USAA car buying app and the vehicle I was interested in purchasing was also available at Richmond Ford West!!! I made a web inquiry and was quickly contacted by Kayla and confirmed the vehicle was still available. We drove there and were greeted, escorted to the vehicle and went for a test drive. We decided that we like the vehicle and set about the deal. No pressure, courteous and professional staff. I'll be happy to be a returning customer in the future. More
