Simply unprofessional Despite some unfair sales tricks during the buying process of my new car from them that took me few days to actually get over it and put to sleep. I went there with the intension to resolve and pay a down payment check that I was assuming it didn’t go through if they tried to cash it that day. He came straight to the waiting room and just start yieling at me on front of my wife and accused me of cummitting a felony and a crime and that I should contact their lawyer without even giving me a chance to let him know why I went there to begin with. More

Great Experience Best experience I’ve ever had with a dealership. Normally it’s a fight - trying to get the best price on the sales contract vs what the salesman told Best experience I’ve ever had with a dealership. Normally it’s a fight - trying to get the best price on the sales contract vs what the salesman told you, but the dealership actually found their own issues and corrected the contract before I needed to say anything. Further, they even called me back the next day to say they’d reviewed the deal and found an extra incentive they could apply, and made a check out to me for $1k. They didn’t have to do that; clearly exceeding expectations. Further, part of the deal was working with Joey to get a few add-ons that had been agreed on during the sale, and he made everything super easy. I had a car waiting for me when I arrived to have the work done, and the quality of work they did was fantastic. The spray in bedliner for my truck is great - way better than what I see elsewhere (normally I don’t opt for this b/c it’s too scratchy and you can’t put things like a mattress in your bed b/c it’d get torn up by the spray-in liner, but not here), and the window tint was exactly what I’d hoped it would be. Big thanks to Joey, and everyone at Richmond Ford West. Rarely does one feel like they got a good deal at a car dealership, but I have no buyer’s remorse and 1 month later, I am completely satisfied with my experience. More

Instead, I met Jeannine McDevitt a sales representative, who was friendly and willing to listen to why I needed to sell the truck. She walked me through the process and advised me that a service package I had purchased would be partially refundable when I sold the truck. Good News! Jeannine went to bat for me in establishing a price for the truck. She pointed out to her management that I was a long time customer and the vehicle was in excellent condition. She handled all the paperwork and delivered a great price for my truck. When I am ready for my next car, Jeannine McDevitt is the sales person who will find my car and make the sale for me. More
