He has been very attentive to providing great service as I visited the dealership on two separate occasions after purchasing my new F150 to get add-ons. On the first visit I got the spray in bed liner, floor mats and mud flaps, all of which I was very happy with. After returning to get the exterior coating applied I was very pleased with the results. I was surprised to see that they not only applied the coating (which looks fantastic) but they also cleaned the vehicle inside and out and Joey provided me with a loaner vehicle for the day of service. I would highly recommend working with Joey. I have not yet worked with the service department as my vehicle is new, but I have high expectations for that department as well based on the service I have receive so far from this dealership. More

He made it easy to understand and I was using all of the features on the way home. I still haven't opened the manual for reference..... In my last vehicle purchase (not a Ford), I had to read the manual, keep it close by, and memorize steps to use the GPS and apps. And it had nowhere near the features of this truck. Great job by Derrick! More
