Ron and Jeanine Kody opened Richmond Ford West in May of 2013. This new location provides us with a second store in the Richmond Market, and the added convenience in supporting our customers utilizing the route 288, 64 and 295 corridors. Located close to the Short Pump area, we are utilizing the same strong business philosophies found at the Ford and Lincoln store. Surprisingly quick,no continuous back and forth negotiating. I stopped by after messaging Jeannine McDevitt about a vehicle I was interested in buying. Initially I was a little hesitant to drive out to the dealership, but I am glad I did. Jeannine McDevitt kept her word that she would work with me and try meeting me with a fair price. Above and beyond customer service I recently brought my 2019 F150 in for a vibration problem. Even though I didn’t buy the vehicle from you guys, you fixed the problem, which included I recently brought my 2019 F150 in for a vibration problem. I had an excellent experience working with Derrick. I walked in prepared to purchase a truck locally however was deciding between several truck dealerships. Derrick was professional and not pushy.
