When we purchased our vehicle, there was a manufacturer's recall, which is not out of the ordinary. They not only upheld their promise to take care of a couple of touch ups, but also made the appointment with the dealership in Lexington, and gave me a loaner vehicle while they took mine to the dealership. In addition, we noticed a minor issue with the side view mirror that wasn't apparent until driving on a long trip the following day. They replaced the entire mirror for us because it was the right thing to do. Their only obligation was the touch-ups, however they earned lifelong customers in us because of how they treated our family.
