Overall my wife and I were satisfied with the purchase and we will definitely recommend Richmond BMW to our friends. As a little suggestion – maybe get a slightly better espresso/coffee maker in the dealership hall? :o) More

I recently bought a 2011 Porsche Boxster from Richmond BMW. I found it on the internet, and when I decided to get serious about it I visited the dealership. Steven Lerner was the sales person who helped BMW. I found it on the internet, and when I decided to get serious about it I visited the dealership. Steven Lerner was the sales person who helped me. He was very helpful and professional. I only had a limited time to test drive since I was headed out of town for the week and Steven was respectful of my time. When the dealership dropped the price later in the week, I called Steven and made an offer to buy. He worked out all of the details over the phone, including faxing all of the paper work. When I returned to complete the transaction, everything was ready for me and it went very smoothly, including providing transportation to the dealership from my home. My thanks to Steven and evereyone else who assisted in the sale. I would highly recommend this dealership and Steven Lerner to anyone looking to buy and new or used car in the Richmond area. More

I shopped for three vehicles: Lexus, Audi and BMW. I was currently driving a Lexus and was definitely leaning that way for my new vehicle. I had never been to BMW and it was somewhat of an uphill battle fo currently driving a Lexus and was definitely leaning that way for my new vehicle. I had never been to BMW and it was somewhat of an uphill battle for them to win me over as a customer. Of course, in the end it is the vehicle, but the BMW dealership was a pleasure to work with. Steve Lerner understood I was shopping around but was not aggressive or overbearing. He made himself available on several occassions for test drives, was very knowledgable of the vehicles, and very pleasant person to deal with. I have given the highest ratings because, quite frankly, I don't think it would be possible to give better service to someone searching for and buying a new car. I highly recommend this dealership. I had spoken with numerous other BMW sales personnel at other locations from Maryland to South Carolina during my vehicle search. Some people say that "timing is everything." Well, Matt was the one who happened to call me this past Saturday morning - while my wife was out of town and I was not playing golf. He told me that the car I wanted with the packages and features I had specified was being certified right then and that I should come down and take a look. I did and well, the rest is history. I took delivery of my black CPO 2010 535i today and have been extremely pleased with the professionalism and genuine customer service demonstrated by Matt, the management (I feel that I got a competitive price, thanks gentlemen), and the rest of the Richmond BMW staff. Consequently, Matt's efforts have induced my wife to begin working with him to find her that special vehicle.
