I drove over an hour to this dealership, and am glad I elected to do so. Upon walking in, the cheerful young lady at the reception area directed me to James Gardner, to help me with my used vehicle inquir elected to do so. James was open, honest, knowledgeable, and the epitome of professionalism throughout the entire transaction. Although only with the dealership eight months, James answered all of my questions like a tenured pro. Once I had selected a vehicle, James introduced me to DJ, the "team leader", and to the saleman that took in the car in trade. Both were able to give me a lot more information than what shows up on the carfax report (also provided). On a busy Saturday afternoon, I had to wait for a finance manager (Rick) to finalize the deal. While I waited, both James and DJ checked in on me periodically with updates and reminders to take advantage of the coffee/wifi bar in the waiting area. Rick was incredibly helpful also, taking the time to explain everything I signed, and generally making the most unpleasant part of the transaction smooth and effortless. After I left the dealership, James and DJ followed up on the minor cosmetic items I requested. DJ went so far as to have the 330i portered to a closer BMW dealership for my convenience. Thanks to all employees that I had the pleasure to deal with, I would not hesitate to purchase again at this dealership. As a postscript, I entered the showroom dressed in old djeans and a t-shirt, three days past my most recent shave, and was treated like a king. More

I recently lost my car due to Hurricane Sandy. I purchased my CPO BMW x5 from Richmond BMW. I have been searching for an x5 for weeks for a specific color: white with black interior. When I located one at this dealership I inquired via Internet . Within a very short period of time I spoke to a salesman by the name of Steve Lerner. He was extremely helpful and did not pressure me in the least. He told me about all about the car, about the history and even knew the previous owner who had all of her servicing at this dealership. Based on his sincerity and his knowledge of the car I took his word and a gamble and purchased the car over the phone without even test driving or seeing it in person( which is something I have never done before) Steve walked me through the financing process and was quick to respond via e-mail with all the paperwork. Steve also went an extra step and had the car delivered to me in NJ. The car was everything I thought it was going to be and it is because of Steve Lerner and Richmond BMW that I have my luxurious BMW X5. More
