We visited Richmond BMW for an initial test drive of the X5. We learned a lot about the car and decided we wanted to purchase one. The dealership worked with us to find the car with the exact features we wanted and we ended up having a custom build. They arranged for us to pick it up at the Performance Center in Greer, SC. The whole experience was quite good and we received exceptional service from Richmond BMW.

I went in to have wheel locks installed and the service rep installed a required vehicle software update that I was unaware up. I appreciate the private service.
