I shook hands with a few people around the dealership, but I don't remember any of their names. However, Dee was amazing. I test drove the car one day. I called a couple days later and Dee got the car rea but I don't remember any of their names. However, Dee was amazing. I test drove the car one day. I called a couple days later and Dee got the car ready to go, my wife and I were in and out of the dealership in an hour and a half, signed, sealed and delivered. The car was detailed very nicely. I was impressed with the whole process. But most importantly, Dee was a superstar and provided top-notch customer service. A definite asset to Richmond BMW!! Strong work Dee! More

What impressed me most about our experience in buying a used car was when we expressed concerns about the potential need for a new timing belt given the mileage, the response was to acknowledge our concern used car was when we expressed concerns about the potential need for a new timing belt given the mileage, the response was to acknowledge our concerns and to immediately start a process of contacting the previous owner and mechanic to verify if the belt had already been replaced. The usual response by sales people at other sites is to tell me that I'm mistaken, not to try to make it right. A great experience. More
