We had an outstanding buying experience with BMW Richmond and with Steve Lerner. Steve spent a great deal of time with my wife and myself in going through everything about the x35i which we purchased. Even and with Steve Lerner. Even tho we ended up leaving well after the showroom had closed....at no time were we made to feel not welcomed. Steve even loaded into the internal hard drive...some great music for us to enjoy for the ride home that evening. We purchased a new Z4 from Steve Lerner. We wanted to do European Delivery and we wanted to wait until the 2013 models were being built. Steve kept in touch with us during this process letting us know pri European Delivery and we wanted to wait until the 2013 models were being built. Steve kept in touch with us during this process letting us know pricing, options, and dates as soon as they were made known to him. We were kept up to date on production and got our vin number before we left for Germany. We had to coordinate airline reservations,hotel reservations in 5 different locations around Europe and our pickup appointment at the Welt in Germany. I know Steve has a lot of customers, but we felt like we were his only ones. As difficult as the process seamed, it went as smooth as glass. Our little car arrived in Richmond three weeks after we got back and Steve made it a priority to get it ready for us. All in all, the experience was a once in a lifetime and if you ever get a chance, don't pass it up. More

The folks (most especially Anton Kulay) at Richmond BMW were responsive to my needs and worked diligently to place me in what now feels like the car of my dreams. I truly love my new 3 series and the car buying process at Richmond BMW was so seamless, it allayed all of my worries. Once I find a car I love, I tend to hold on to it for as long as possible, but should I ever decide to change vehicles in the future, I would happily return to Richmond BMW and work with Anton and others again. Even then, he devoted the next 2.5 hours providing us all the info we wanted, test driving both models, and offered insightful recommendations that we had not previously considered. I had been watching an internet ad for a Nissan cube "Krom" with exceptional low mileage for a couple of days, and decided to write an E-mail with some questions. We got a call from Steve within an hou "Krom" with exceptional low mileage for a couple of days, and decided to write an E-mail with some questions. We got a call from Steve within an hour. Steve was so helpful, running out to where the car was to double check and correctly answer all of my questions. I was so confident after talking to him that we would buy this car that we decided to drive the 2 hrs to look at it. Meanwhile Steve made sure the car was perfectly spotless, and put a full tank of gas in it for us. Steve knows his business and knows the quickest way to get you in and out with no lag time, being that we arrived late and still had a 2 hour ride home Steve was fantastic getting us through in record breaking time. The whole staff was friendly and helpful, probably the best dealership I've ever walked into. Steve even gave us a CD as a parting gift so we could listen to the sound system for the long drive back. If I ever need another car this is the first place I'm going to look because I know now that I can trust Steve. More
