I bought my first BMW from this dealership about 2 years ago and have been extremely happy with their courteous and great service. They do quality work and have more than met my expectations. Mike Jewell answered all of my questions and has bee very helpful. I recently purchased a used X3 from another dealership (NOT a slam against Richmond BMW - the other dealer had one with all the right features). I then took it to Richmond BMW for an oil change and regular maintenance. They found a computer "problem" even though the car has been running great; gave me a loaner; replaced the ICM and continue to impress me with their attention to detail and service. Kyle did an outstanding job explaining the problem and was most helpful in getting a loaner for me. GREAT customer service by all.... I highly recommend this dealership to anyone considering the purchase of a BMW or any used car they have on their lot. More

Our trip to Richmond Crown Mini resulted in buying a beautiful used vehicle. Steve Lerner was very knowledgeable about the car. He was concerned for our safety due to traveling a long distance to the dealership. He gave a follow up call the next day to see if there were any problems with the vehicle or if we had other questions. He made sure the touch ups were made on the car before we left. It was the best experience I have had in purchasing a vehicle. The employees at Crown Mini in Richmond are very professional. I liked how they worked as a team helping each other. I will return. More

Rarely do I review products/services on the internet. Rarely do I have good things to say about car purchasing experiences. Because of a recommendation by my son in Richmond, my wife and I traveled 100 Rarely do I have good things to say about car purchasing experiences. Because of a recommendation by my son in Richmond, my wife and I traveled 100 miles to visit this dealership. We ended up with a 'new' car largely because Josh Alford was such a pleasure to meet and and was so knowledgeable about BMW automobiles. I was looking to purchase a 2013 BMW Z4 sDrive35i and my local dealership was not willing to compromise on a deal for a special order car. I contacted Richmond BMW (dealer is about 100 miles from my house) local dealership was not willing to compromise on a deal for a special order car. I contacted Richmond BMW (dealer is about 100 miles from my house) and talked to Steve Lerner over the phone and we agreed immediatley to a price with no hassle or pushing of unnecesary packages. Price was about $2k cheaper than the local dealership lowest offer. The next weekend I drove to the dealership and met Steve Lerner, DJ Sardana and Daniel Weinberger and all of them were very helpful on the process of ordering the car. Even when the dealership didn't have an allocation for that model DJ looked thru all the dealerships inventory and found one that have the allocation and worked out so it was for me. The car was ordered on 12/21/2012 and Steve Lerner kept me well informed during the production of the car. I received emails and/or phone calls from him everytime there was a new update on the car production and he responded all my questions related to the process. Received a call from Steve on 2/22/2013 that the car arrived to the dealership and went to pick it up the next day. At my arrival to the dealership, Steve Lerner and me went thru the final paperwork and then proceeded to look at the car and he went and explained all the different functions/gadgets of the car. The process was painless and very enjoyable, I will definetely recommend this dealership and Steve Lerner to my friends for their next purchase. He even recommended a good Greek restaurant for lunch and the food was exquisite. After driving back home, Steve Lerner called me to check everything was fine. I did have a few issues but were resolved over the phone with the help of Steve. Even after delivery of the car he was looking out after me to make sure I was completely satisfied with the purchase. This is the 4th car I ever buy and it was the best experience of all. Thanks Steve and Richmond BMW for all your help. And last but not least, this car is awesome. More
