After having had a very bad car experience with another dealership, I was skeptical as to whether or not I was going to find a car in my price range that suited my needs, without being tortured. I saw that the dealership is normally closed on Sunday's, but I wanted to see the car anyway, so my husband and I drove down from the country to see it to confirm my interest. It was my lucky day! This dealership is actually open the last Sunday of every month - BONUS! I was able to drive the car - and of course loved the car - and the price (which was a no haggle price, well below book). Anton was EXTREMELY helpful, warm, and friendly. In fact, the entire staff was helpful, warm, and friendly. I don't have great credit, but am financeable. With that said I got a GREAT rate, purchased the car, and was in and out of the dealership in 3 hours. This DEALERSHIP IS AWESOME. Seriously, I'm not a gusher...but, I'm gushing...because my experience with them was just THAT good. I would 100% RECOMMEND Richmond BMW and Anton Kulay to anyone who is in the market for a car - new or used. Don't go anywhere else (as I found out) because you'll be wasting your time. I was in for service on my 2009 Mini Cooper that I had purchased new at this dealership. While I was waiting I was in the process of checking out the BMW's in the showroom as I usually do. This time a salesman, Anton Kulay approached me when I was looking at the Z4. One thing led to another and Anton was offering to take the Z4 out of the showroom. Shortly after his offer we were off for a test ride. I don't think I would have made a purchase that day if it were not for Anton's presentation, politeness and working with me. His knowledge of the Z4 was good as I asked a lot of questions. If he didn't know the answer to a question, he knew to go to for an answer. We spent a good deal of time going over the Z4 and I appreciated his "slowing down" to my pace. My 09 Mini Cooper was appraised for a fair value. I made a purchase of the 2011 BMW Z4 that day when I was only there for a Mini service. I left the dealership a happy man. I love this car! Thanks Anton! Rick Rossano, the Finance Director was a pleasure to work with too... He's probably the first Financial Director I actually enjoyed working with... go figure. I came back a couple of days later and purchased additional Interior & Exterior protection and Road Hazard protection. I plan on coming back for another package. Thanks Rick! We were very impressed by the friendliness and courtesy with which we were greeted when we visited the dealership. Steve was extremely patient and informative. I had several special requests and he researched them all thoroughly. Although they had plenty of cars on the lot to sell, he clearly wanted me to be 100% several special requests and he researched them all thoroughly. Throughout the process, he kept me up to date, answered all questions promptly, and, most importantly, was able to anticipate questions and information because of his extensive experience in the field. When the car was delivered, his presentation was extremely helpful. I likely won't remember all of it, but he made sure I knew where to get my questions answered. I emailed him a question the day after delivery, and he answered quickly. The sale doesn't stop at the purchase at this dealership. They want to follow you through the discovery process.
