I drove from out of town to Richmond to look for a good, reliable car. I had done my research before, and had found a BMW 545 xi that was priced very fair. I have worked in customer service and sales for almost 20 years so I am familiar with what is called "Exceptional Customer Service." Charles is an asset to your company. Charles met me in the parking lot and asked if he could assist me. He was very friendly, knowledgable, and made me feel comfortable by building rapport. He was awesome at setting the expectation for what was to come when speaking with the finance officer. Charles was not aggressive but a consultive salesperson. He asked probing questions and made suggestions based on the information he obtained while building rapport. After I purchased the vehicle, I wasn't satisfied with its color. I called Charles and he went above and beyond to assist with finding the color I was interested in. At the end of the day, I decided to keep the car I purchased because I was satisfied with the customer service I received from Charles. Way to go Charles!!! More
I purchased a used 2011 Honda Fit today from Richmond BMW; this was my very first car buying experience. Before arriving at the dealership, my mom and I contacted Steve about going and seeing the car. He was super friendly and helpful both on the phone and in person. He told us about the car and its history, showed us the Carfax and gave some helpful driving safety tips among many other things. When we arrived at the dealership, Steve walked outside to greet us. He introduced himself and immediately showed us the car and took care of business. He showed us the features of the car: how to move the seat, the steering wheel, and how to fold the back seats down. I did test drive the Honda, and was nervous with it being my first time test driving a vehicle. However, Steve was super calm and gave me awesome tips on how to take care of and how to safely drive the car. I was perfectly comfortable during the decision process, no pressure or haggling, just sincere customer service. He genuinely wanted me to find the vehicle that is right for me, he asked me questions and answered all of my questions to the best of his ability, not leaving any unanswered. What honestly surprised me was that I received free gifts for buying the car! I'm so excited to go pick it up later in the week, and I greatly appreciate all the advice and help that was given. I definitely had a wonderful first experience! More
My wife and I had been sharing one car, a Honda Civic EX; I was working from home and two wasn't necessary. As a new opportunity arose for me, we realized we needed a new car. And knowing we wanted to start a family in the near future, we realized we needed something bigger. After looking for a few weeks I found a listing online for a barely used 2012 Honda CR-V AWD EX that I thought was too good to be true. This compact SUV was originally quoted for me by DJ Sardana - in the middle of the night - and the price was more in line with 2010 models with mileage in the 20-40,000 range than 2012's with next to zero mileage. I came in the next morning and test drove with the friendly and knowledgeable Anton Kulay. I came back later that same day with my wife, who loved the car. They are like CarMax in that they provide a no-haggle price. This was okay with me as the price was already unbelievable. With the help of DJ, Anton, and the Finance Manager, Rick Rossano, I drove home with a barely used Honda CR-V less than 24 hours after I found the car online. The entire staff was incredibly helpful and I would certainly recommend friends and family to this dealership. One drawback (which is why customer service was rated a 4 and not a 5) - there was a small fraying on the driver-side rear seat. I pointed this out and asked if this could be repaired and the short answer was "no." Basically they thought the price was so low that a repair on the seat fabric was out of the question. They did tell me after I asked again that I could pay for it at cost through a contact of theirs that repairs interiors such as this. I haven't gone through with this yet, but I probably will though I have no idea how much it will cost me. The damage is very small, but I still think this should have been repaired by them. More

Steve understood that we had already done our research and knew what we wanted. He showed us only relevant cars and expedited the buying process with excellent understanding and service. DeAngelo is the perfect combination of laid back and extremely informative. While I was walking around looking at different vehicles he stayed close enough to answer any questions I had, but he gave me extremely informative. I was somewhat unsure about which car was perfect for me till DeAngelo pointed me in the direction of the 335i. Turns out, he knew exactly what was perfect for me and I'm very thankful I had the opportunity to have him lead me to this absolute dream car. Thanks again Dee More
