I shook hands with a few people around the dealership, but I don't remember any of their names. However, Dee was amazing. I test drove the car one day. I called a couple days later and Dee got the car rea but I don't remember any of their names. However, Dee was amazing. I test drove the car one day. I called a couple days later and Dee got the car ready to go, my wife and I were in and out of the dealership in an hour and a half, signed, sealed and delivered. The car was detailed very nicely. I was impressed with the whole process. But most importantly, Dee was a superstar and provided top-notch customer service. A definite asset to Richmond BMW!! Strong work Dee! More
All of the associates I conducted business with aimed to please and I felt their honesty and integrity during the transaction. I am a very skeptical person so I often question the sincerity of others and by please and I felt their honesty and integrity during the transaction. I am a very skeptical person so I often question the sincerity of others and by the end of my purchase I felt I had made a wise decision by choosing to do business at Richmond BMW. I definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for a BMW whether it be new or used. There are quite a few perks and additional coverage options that are a win-win for the customer. More
What impressed me most about our experience in buying a used car was when we expressed concerns about the potential need for a new timing belt given the mileage, the response was to acknowledge our concern used car was when we expressed concerns about the potential need for a new timing belt given the mileage, the response was to acknowledge our concerns and to immediately start a process of contacting the previous owner and mechanic to verify if the belt had already been replaced. The usual response by sales people at other sites is to tell me that I'm mistaken, not to try to make it right. A great experience. More

The guy was very helpful and accommodating. He even allowed us to remove my after market stereo and subwoofer after the trade. He also scheduled a detailing after two days. allowed us to remove my after market stereo and subwoofer after the trade. He also scheduled a detailing after two days. More
My wife has bought 3 Mini Coopers from Crown Mini and we have always been impressed with the sales team. Not only do they work with you to make the sale but they are still as responsive after the sale. My s have always been impressed with the sales team. Not only do they work with you to make the sale but they are still as responsive after the sale. My sales rep, D.J. Sardana went out of his way to make sure I was happy with my purchase before I signed on the dotted line and he his backed by his exceptional sales manager, Yung (I'm not sure this is the correct spelling and I apologize to him if it is wrong). If you are considering a Mini I would highly encourage you to visit Crown Mini of Richmond. More
Anton did an excellent job of explaining all the features of the car. He was knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions without any hesitation. He really sold the car. He was excited ab features of the car. He was knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions without any hesitation. He really sold the car. He was excited about his product and his excitement was contagious! We love our car, BMW 328i convertible. Dan was also very good to work with. He was well versed on all finance options and explained them thoroughly. Our only complaint is the process takes too long. More
Recently I was shopping for a new car for my wife. I took a long hard look at the consumer report reviews, and had made my mind up that I would be probably be buying a Lexus ISC350. In the spirit of being th a long hard look at the consumer report reviews, and had made my mind up that I would be probably be buying a Lexus ISC350. In the spirit of being through, I stopped by Richmond BMW. I was met my Yousaf who asked smart questions to quickly narrow down what my wife was looking for. After only a few moments, he knew exactly which models would be the best fit for my wife. A few minutes after that, we were test driving a 128. One thing that made Yousaf different than the other people I worked with this week was that he starts a test drive by actually doing the driving. At first I didn't understand why he did that, but now it is clear to me. When you first sit down into a feature rich car like the BMW, it can be overwhelming. So by being in the driver seat, he was able to point out where I could locate the features I and my wife would care most about. This seems much safer than trying to drive a high performance car while the passenger points to controls. In addition, I tend to be a little reluctant to really put a car through its paces on a test drive. As Yousaf was very familiar with the car, he was able to start the trip off with a demonstration of the cars acceleration and handling. This made me far more comfortable doing the same when it was my turn to drive. I don't know if this 'experience first and then drive' approach would work for everyone, but it worked well for my wife and I. About a mile or two into the test drive, we pulled over and I took the wheel. As this is a review of Yousaf and Richmond BMW, I'll omit my praise for the 128 and 135. Another thing I can complement Yousaf on was his encyclopedia like knowledge of his products. I am an engineer and I tend to ask a lot of questions and they tend to be focused on technical aspects of the car. In the four hours we spent working with him I think I may have asked 3 questions he actually had lookup. The best part, is he actually did look them up and get back to me with the answers. Compared to the other dealers I worked with, this is amazing. The sales guy at the Lexus dealership in Midlothian spent a full 5 minutes just trying to determine if the ISC 250 had the parking assist feature and if it was on or not. The next day I went to visit other dealerships and by around 6pm I'd narrowed the field down to an Infinity Q60 or a BMW 135. Though, i was secretly hoping my wife would like the 335 more than the 135. So while I was getting the Q60 for an overnight loan, I called Yousaf and asked if we could come by to have my wife drive the 1 series and the 3 or 4 series. Even though it was his day off, he came in and helped my wife go through the cars I had already test driven. After those he asked if my wife would like to test drive one of the Mini Coopers. I should point out, that he stayed till 9:30 at night with us even though he couldn't get sales credit for the Mini. (The BMW and Mini sales teams are only able to sell their brand) We told him that she would test drive the Q60 on the way home and that we'd let him know the next day which car we planned to buy. I received calls from the infinity sales person and Yousaf the next day. Interestingly, it only took two calls with Yousaf to hammer out all the details on what each of the 3 BMWs we were considering would cost. In contrast, I spent much more time on the phone with the other dealership trying to get the details settled for a single car. That night we were taking the Q60 back to Infiniti and we were really on the fence about which car to buy. While I love the sharp lines of the BMW my wife like the softer sleek look of the Infinity. While I liked the super-tech feel of the BMW user interface, she like the simplified controls of the Infinity. After reaching the Infiniti dealership, we were handing over the keys from the test drive and about to walk out when the Q50S AWD caught her eye. After a test drive, she got out with a huge smile on her face and I knew which car we would be buying. While I also really like the Q50 S AWD, I think I prefer the handling of the 335 xDrive. However, the user experience of the Infiniti really is what sold my wife. Sadly, I won't be buying a BMW from Yousaf this year. However, I have nothing but praise for his work. Like I said, if we had been shopping for my primary car, it definitely would have been a 2014 435 xDrive. p.s. Also, I should point out that if you are shy of BMW because of what people say about maintenance costs, you should look at them again. I had that initial notion, but was delighted to find out that BMWs now come with both Warranty and Maintenance included. As I understand it, all you pay for is Gas and Tires. More
