Jack was fantastic. He was very helpful not only with completing the sale but with anything else that may have been needed. Once the pricing was finalized, Joey did a great job of getting us in and out of the dealership as quickly as possible. He tried to get in his up-sale items, but when I said no, he was never pushy about it. This is my third vehicle purchased from Richmond BMW, all in November, not sure why that is, but I always enjoy to experience. The service department has always been good to me as well. More
