After meeting other sales persons and their vehicles, we found one care in each dealership that met our need but the only thing brought us back to BMW was just Steve Lerner. We can't say enough how his professionalism helped us to choose BMW. Compare to other sales persons, he is incredibly erudite, patient,helpful, responsible, and consumer friendly. So based on all of my experiences there Kyle is the man! To get back to the story, i took it in for repair and Kyle approached me with the diagnoses and cost estimate, too much to consider dishing out for repair. So i thought to myself im tired of putting more money in a car thats not even worth it, so while sitting with the sales advisor Ms. Rosetta Dudley all morning I decided to look into trading in for a new car. Now Ms. Rosetta is a blessing sent from God himself, I didnt see a sales associate I saw a friend that was there in my time of need. Rosetta took her precious time to help me choose a new car. She held my hand the entire way through the process of getting a new car, her help exceeded my expectations in every way. Let me start out by saying this was my first car buying experience ever, and I never imagined it would go as smoothly and stress-free as it did! I had the pleasure of working with Drew and Adam and they were fantastic! Both were very knowledgeable and understanding of my situation and needs and I drove off the lot with a better deal than I ever thought possible. Drew was very upfront with me from the beginning and was far from your typical pushy car salesman. Quite the opposite, he was very pleasant and informative and wanted to see that I go the best deal for my dollar which I appreciated immensely.
