Steven was extremely accommodating and was able to process the sale of this lovely car in a way that gave me confidence I was definitely purchasing the appropriate auto for my needs, from a great dealership. I really appreciate the professional approach and knowledge that Steven offered. I would consider buying another family auto from this dealership and I suggest that anyone run, not walk to Richmond BMW/Crown Mini of Richmond Virginia. Good stuff!! More

Standard for Customer Service I'm new to the whole luxury car market. I also don't normally write reviews. I was shocked by the level of customer service I received. The closest experience I can relate is a 5-star restaurant. The one stand-out is sending a driver up to NoVA (120 miles!) to bring me to the dealership to complete the paperwork. Steve Lerner and Charles Armstrong are top notch. More
