Great Mini Service! This was our first trip to Crown Mini and actually our first service appointment on our new Mini and the people just couldn't be nicer! The gentleman that helped us was Rick Nelson and he was hands down the nicest guy I've ever come across in a service department! He explained everything and made my daughter and I feel special which was a nice change of pace from the way we are usually treated, either like we are stupid or by a fast talking "BS"er to whom could care less about me or my car. I'll have to say this is the first time I've ever looked forward to my next service appointment and to top it all off the service is free!!!!! More

I recommend Steven Lerner at Richmond BMW. Steven was very helpful through the process. My previous vehicle was a 2005 X3 which gave me some problems. Richmond BMW purchased the X3 and gave m Steven was very helpful through the process. My previous vehicle was a 2005 X3 which gave me some problems. Richmond BMW purchased the X3 and gave me a better price than I was offered anywhere else. Including Car Max. After considerable discussion with my wife I purchased a car for myself. A 2015 228xi. I took 3 months from order entry to delivery but I am very pleased. I am a numbers guy and looked several other brands, some luxury and some not, and decided on the s Series. The service department is excellent and so is the sales department. That is as good as it get. More

They did not want to work a deal I was pleased with so I contacted Crown in Richmond, Va. The phone call started off pleasant and they wanted my business.
