Stuck in VA My husband and I were traveling back to Ct from South Carolina and our convertible top would not lock into place. Using the GPS we searched the neares My husband and I were traveling back to Ct from South Carolina and our convertible top would not lock into place. Using the GPS we searched the nearest dealer and called to see if they could help us. The service consultant told us to come in and they would take a look at it. He greeted us in the service area and got us back on the road in under an hour! Great service and wonderful staff. Also a big thanks to the person who worked on the car, wish I had gotten his name. Outstanding personal attention and service. On June 29, on a trip from Boston to Richmond, my wife and I had the pleasure of stoping at Richmond BMW for a tire repair. Our first contact was over On June 29, on a trip from Boston to Richmond, my wife and I had the pleasure of stoping at Richmond BMW for a tire repair. Our first contact was over the phone with Service Advisor, Richard Burwell. We were lost in Richmond and could not find the dealership and Mr. Burwell patiently gave us turn-by-turn directions over the phone, to get us safely to the dealership. We do not have BMW navigation. When we arrived he showed my wife and I to the customer lounge area and offered us refreshments and snacks. Mr. Burwell told us to make ourselves comfortable and watch TV, and if there was anything we needed we should just ask him. Unfortunately the run-flat tire could not be repaired so they had to replace it with a new one. True to his word, in less than 2-hours, we were back on the road with an exact replacement, a new Michelin run-flat tire, and a bright, clean, freshly washed car. Richard Burwell, the Service Advisor, gave us outstanding personal attention and made our visit to Richmond BMW a pleasant and memorable service call. Louis Rodino More
