My experience with this dealership has been the best I have EVER had at any dealership. It was amazing, enjoyable, and an experience I could repeat again and again. I have been in dealerships with my in-laws, parents, children to help them through would is normally an exhausting process and always seems to leave you feeling a little dirty if not down right depressed. It isn't just that you know what you are paying with no haggle pricing, I've been to Saturn dealers, it is more that they sell their cars much like a real estate agent would sell a house, they listen, and help you to figure out the best fit for you. What is going to make you happy. I can't say enough about the whole dealership, because it wasn't just the sales people I had the pleasure to work with, but it extends to the financing and the repair shop as well. They just make you feel welcome, pressured, and as happy about your new purchase as you are. It is a standard that every dealership in the United States should aspire to. I test drove 3 models, then test drove a previous one again. Then went home...did they accost me from leaving as has happened in other places...no! They said, sure go home and think about it, we want you to be happy with what you buy. AMAZING!! Well I figured out the one I wanted, and did a custom built car. I emailed Nancy to let her know and if should could find one comparable I would be more than happy to buy an existing one. When I showed up she had a list and went through it with me, helping me to decide what was most important to me. We found one at another dealer that was a great deal and they took it from there! I cannot say enough about this dealership, I just wish they sold every type of car out there, just in case when I'm ready for my next one, it won't matter what I buy, just so I can buy it through them. Another very happy customer!! More

Not only is my 'new' 2007 BMW 328i convertible hard top a great find, but working with the Richmond BMW recently, brought back 'service' to the car experience. I was on a MAJOR time constraint (45 mins) and I had credit issues. Steve worked with me endlessly on the financing, walked us through everything, and really took the initiative to make sure we were ve credit issues. The only criticism we have on our experience is that paperwork got lost a few times and we had to redo all the financial documents. After waiting for a reply for more than 5 days after my internet inquiry to the BMW in Midlothian, I placed an inquiry to the Richmond BMW on West Broad Street. Steve Lerner responded in less than 5 minutes! Not only was he knowledgeable and professional, but his personality made it seem like we were buying a car from a friend. After reading a few glowing reviews about Steve, I told my husband that we got really lucky to have the opportunity to work with him. Well, he not only lived up to his reputation but he certainly exceeded our expectations. Steve paid careful attention to what we told him! I told him that I dread buying a new car because I hate the cat and mouse play between the seller and the customer, but I am not ready to avoid it because I do not want to pay an overpriced price. He did an exceptional job offering us a "no pressure sales" while not giving us a second the feeling that we are being ignored or not heard... Steve was absolutely great to work with and made the car buying experience painless. He is patient and knowledgeable, an enthusiastic guy that believes that if you make a customer happy, he will come back. So, he makes sure you’ll come back … we certainly will!!! We would recommend him in a heartbeat. Although we were BMW owners, Steve took the time to set up and explain functions in the car we forgot that we had in the car. Steve’s performance was complemented by that of his colleagues. All the dealership employees we interacted with worked as a team, processing the sale and prepping the vehicle. They were all friendly! Mrs.Heyne answered all questions and presented an honest and truthful demeanor, she was also very well versed in product education and demonstration. Mrs. Heyne was delightful and reassuring during my test drive with the Mini Cooper and I felt immediately relaxed and confidant. Buying an automobile today is usually a harrowing experience, once completed you often feel totally ripped off, but with Mrs. Heyne and Crown Minis no haggle arrangement you know up front exactly what the purchase price is and how the sale is going to proceed step by step; this instills trust and confidence in the Company and in the product. I love my Mini Cooper, it drives fantastic, gives great gas mileage and is a joy. I would highly recommend buying a Mini Cooper but only at Crown Mini of Richmond!
