I have purchased 7 new cars in my life, and buying a Mini Clubman S from Anja Heyne at Crown Mini of Richmond has been by far the best experience yet. Throughout the day, Anja stuck with us and was extremely friendly, professional and thoroughly knowledgeable on the product. Additionally, she was exceptionally conscience of our family's needs, wishes the overall objective as a family. Anja and the whole management team of Crown Mini of Richmond went the extra mile to ensure we were educated on the car, the features, warrantees, financing options, and wanted to be certain this was the car that would fit our individual needs best. Never did I feel pressured, cornered, or even stressed throughout the buying experience. As a matter of fact, I am going to buy another vehicle in December of this year, and I will return to Crown Mini to specifically seek out Anja as my salesperson. Great experience; I highly recommend this team to anyone thinking of buying a new car in/near the Richmond area. More

He was patient and by far isn't a "high pressure" type of sales guy. He went above and beyond in helping us and keeping us informed. We decided to purchase our car from Richmond BMW and weren't let down. Steve thoroughly explained the car and followed up with us the next day. Simply put, Steve was the reason we went to Richmond BMW, although our family typically acquires their BMWs from another dealer. We recommend Steve highly if you're looking for a new or used BMW or need a few running tips! More

I was referred to Steve Lerner, sales advisor, and he saved the day! Steve gave me a thorough, complete overview of my vehicle and explained many of the features to me. He was patient and understandable and gave me a heads-up on what to expect with my BMW. He was friendly and I feel that I have someone I can go to whenever I have an operational question about my vehicle. Ownership of a BMW goes beyond the initial purchase; customer service and assistance that is ongoing makes me glad I bought my car from Richmond BMW. I would also like to recognize Mike Stevenson who helped me reset TPM light and helped me on a previous occasion also. He is friendly and gets the job done. I feel like I can go to him for help also. I went to Richmond BMW to buy a 2009 328i and left with a 2011 328i without completely trashing my budget. I am very satisfied with my service. Steve Lerner was patient throughout the process. I met Steve on the phone when I called to inquire about a 2009 328i I saw online at the North Carolina dealership. He got the car shipped to VA, had it cleaned and ready to go in just 2 days. When I drove up from Hampton Roads to see the car I decided not to buy it but Steve didn't bully me about the situation. He knew what I wanted and he was determined to find the car I wanted and not make me settle for something else. We walked the lot. He searched the stock. Eventually he found a 2011. It had everything I wanted but it was priced higher than my budget. However, after working with Tim and the new car manager we were able to work out a deal that made the car affordable. While I think my trade-in is worth more than what was offered, the bottom line price worked out. Tim in finance was patient also. I was concerned about signing the privacy statement and he didn't push me. He researched the issue and provided me with the answers that I needed to make me more comfortable with the policy. I live almost 2 hours away so when I got there it was late. We were all there way after closing time but I didn't feel rushed. My next BMW will come from Richmond BMW. More
This is the second car I have purchased from Richmond BMW this year; first a 2007 328xi and now a 2004 M3. In both cases the cars are in beautiful condition with very low mileage. The Service Department does an outstanding job of preparing the cars for sale and servicing them properly so you do not anticipate any problems. But it is Steve that makes the sale. He is not pushy or a know-it-all. He works sincerely to find a car that suits you and does everything he can to see that you are satisfied. Thanks you, Steve. I would recommend Richmond BMW to anyone looking for a car. More
Steven was AMAZING! We met him by accident on one of our "many" trips to the car lot to look and take pictures of what might perhaps be our new vehicle. We are always very practical with all of our purchases and Steven made our decision to buy our first new car as a married couple very easy! The knowledge base and patience with our endless qustions and coming back week after week to "look" were spot on. Steven's consistent eagerness to please and customer is always right has changed our perception of this type of experience going forward! We really appreciate his TIME and thoughtfulness with sending us off in our new ride with new tunes! Steve had a CPO 2007 X5 transferred from Greensboro, NC for us to look at. In less than 24 hours, the car was on the Richmond lot & we had an appointment the following morning to meet with Steve & see the for us to look at. Since we live 2 hours away from Richmond BMW, Steve made the necessary calls to NC so he could assure us that the car was in the excellent condition that we expected. Steve carefully & fully reviewed the car & it's numerous systems/packages with us before taking us on a test drive, even requiring that we perform tight U-turn maneuvers to see the turning radius of the car! We feel like we paid a fair price for a terrific car with no pressure from Steve. He's a great guy to work with & it was a pleasure to meet him. The car was detailed beautifully - thanks!
