I found an online listing for a BMW 323Ci at Richmond BMW that I was very interested in and went over to the dealership to take a look at it. I had initially emailed Adam Herbert to express interest in the c that I was very interested in and went over to the dealership to take a look at it. I had initially emailed Adam Herbert to express interest in the car, so I stopped by the dealership while on lunch to take a look at it. From the minute I got there, I was offered help by 3 different people and Steven Lerner showed me the car and took me for a test drive. The car was in excellent condition and I could tell that they put a lot of effort into keeping the car looking its best. They allowed me to take the car home for the evening for an extended test drive, and I instantly fell in love with the car. When I returned the vehicle the next day, Adam Herbert took his time answering all of my questions and worked hard to meet our very strict budget. I decided to take a few days to think about whether or not I could afford the car, and James Williams called me to follow up and see if there is any way they could work with me to meet my demands. I ended up buying the car a few days later. The process was SO easy, and it was great to work with a dealer that wasn't pushy, that took the time to listen to me. At one point, Adam even offered to compile a list of cars that met all of my demands, but I went with my gut and took home the 323. Since I purchased the car only 4 days ago, I have gotten multiple follow-up calls from the dealership. It's clear that they are interested in making sure that I am happy and confident in my purchase. Adam has since followed up with me regarding a second key for the car (the original owner only turned in one with the car) and has assured me that he will order one and have it sent to my home. I have never worked with a dealership that took such good care of their customers and from now on, they will be my first resource to turn to if I am ever in the market for a car again. Additionally, I will be sure to take my new BMW and my Acura there for service; I know I can expect superior customer service from them, and I am truly happy with the experience I had. You responded to my onlne inquiry very quickly and we were able to close the deal within only a few days. That I found really impressive because I only had a few days before the zero down promo ended and though we would never make it and I was going to lose out on the opportunity. Instead you made it all possible. Your attention to detail and you taking the time to go over all the features of the car and spend hours with me I though was also impressive. I will certainly come back to you when I am ready to trade my car. Please also let Mr. StClair know how much I appreciate his help with the financing and getting that paperwork together in such a short space of time. More

We recently ordered and picked up a 328i Coupe (our first BMW). Steve Lerner was extremely helpful and PATIENT (we took about 6 months to choose our car) His passion for BMWs was evident in every one of our BMW). He kept us informed as our car moved from one destination to the next and set up our delivery on short notice to accomodate our schedules. He also took a great deal of time and even stayed after hours the evening he delivered the car to explain the various options in detail; which we truly appreciated so we wouldn't have to read every page of the manual. As an added surprise, Steve downloaded some of our favorite "Oldies" tunes - a very nice personal touch! Steve Lerner is an asset to Richmond BMW and I would definitely recommend him to anyone in the market for a BMW. More

I have nothing but good things to say about Richmond BMW, Steve Lerner and the entire Richmond BMW staff. Last week I was on the hunt to find a replacement for the 1999 Corvette I had recently sold. It had Steve Lerner and the entire Richmond BMW staff. Last week I was on the hunt to find a replacement for the 1999 Corvette I had recently sold. It had served me well, but I had my eye on a 2008+ Corvette Z06. I searched the Internet daily for several weeks before I stumbled on a 2008 Z06 that was at Richmond BMW. The hi-resolution pictures that Richmond BMW had online appeared to show a very clean car. I very quickly made the call to the dealership and spoke with Steve Lerner. Being a long distance purchase (I live just outside of Nashville, TN), I was concerned that I would purchase a plane ticket only to find the car of my dreams wasn't what I expected. I told Steve this, and asked him to go over the car very carefully and report back. He reported back with the details of the car, and that there wouldn't be any surprises. I arrived at the dealership to find the car was everything he had described. I can't recommend Steve or Richmond BMW enough...be it a used Corvette or a BMW. More

I first met Steve Lerner last November when I stopped into Richmond BMW to look at options for an entry level BMW. I knew within the first ten minutes of meeting him that he is a trustworthy, honest pers into Richmond BMW to look at options for an entry level BMW. I knew within the first ten minutes of meeting him that he is a trustworthy, honest person who genuinely wants to help people make the right decision, rather than pressure them into a purchase that's not a perfect fit. Although he offered me a great deal on a red 2009 128i, the timing wasn't right and I told Steve I had to pass on the offer. I assured him that it wasn't a matter of "if" I would buy a BMW from him, but rather "when". I kept his information in my phone for almost a year. A week ago when I decided it was time to buy my new car, I gave him a call. The next day I went into the dealership, he found me the exact car I wanted(a Space Gray, 2011 128i Coupe)and within 2 days, it was delivered and sitting in the middle of the showroom with my name on it. My experience with Steve as well as the rest of the staff at Richmond BMW was fantastic. Steve really listened to me, was incredibly responsive and bent over backwards to make sure the purchase was flawless. I would recommend him and Richmond BMW to anyone who is looking for a fair deal from a respectable dealership. In fact, Steve's service was so great, I even named my car after him :). More
When my wife and I first arrived at the dealership we were met by Steve Lerner. There was no pressure, he had a genuine interest in building a relationship. After an hour we left without purchasing a car. The next day he contacted us to follow up and inquire if there were any questions. Within the week my wife went back and purchased a 650 convertible from Steve Lerner. After the sale Steve has been there each and every time we have had a question about service, operation or warrenty work. Steve Lerner is what all luxury car salesman should emulate. Lets face it, nobody needs a BMW but everyone would like to have one and Steve makes that experience everything it should be for the BMW owner. When we purchase another one it will be from Steve Lerner. More
