He responded quickly whenever I called or emailed and he was flexible about the fact that we were operating in time zones 13 hours apart. Plus he has a great sense of humor. He had me laughing all through the paperwork process on the phone, and he gave me good advice about my choices that saved me money, including a great rate and payment plan. Worked with their internet sales rep, Tim St. Clair, to purchase an used car. Family had to travel 3 hours to make the purchased. Kate: "No problem, although don't worry - its not really a lighter. Just an outlet." In fact, the owner's manual confirmed it was a lighter!). That being said, she listened to what I was looking for, found the car that fit my needs, and didn't try to upsell me on anything. Dmitriy ensured that the deal closed by his ability to match the monthly financing payment with what I told him I needed. He is truly an asset to that dealership, and frankly a driving reason why this is the second BMW I've financed specifically at that dealership. More
