I was shopping for a BMW 3-series for over a year. Steve Lerner spent a lot of time with me in my search for the right used car. My husband and I really wanted to buy a car from Steve due to the amount of time and effort that he put into trying to find the right car for us. He was very patient and helpful in our search - which went on forever. I highly recommend Steve Lerner as a sales associate. He'll earn your business! More
I took my car to this dealership for a routine oil change because I purchased it new from this dealership. The service department left the car running in the parking lot all day after the oil change and dra because I purchased it new from this dealership. The service department left the car running in the parking lot all day after the oil change and drained the battery. Richmond BMW refused to replace the battery even though they were responsible. Their solution was to jump the car. I had to leave to pick up my spouse and when I returned 15 minutes later, the car was running in the lot with all of the doors unlocked, key in the ignition and the entire service department had gone home for the evening. A sales associate was with me when I found my car (which could have easily been stolen) and I asked for someone to call me immediately. To make matters worse, I never heard a word from anyone in their service department in regards to the matter. I now drive to Midlothian every time I need to service my BMW. Don't buy or service your car at this dealership. More

When I contacted Steve via the internet, they no longer had the car i was interested in. Steve worked with me to find another used car for my wife. He found the perfect car for her in NC and had it transfe had the car i was interested in. Steve worked with me to find another used car for my wife. He found the perfect car for her in NC and had it transferred to Richmond no charge. After we took the car home, I noticed the passenger vanity mirror had a light out. Steve arranged to have the vanity light fixed for us. Steve went the extra mile and my wife was happy with the purchase. We also left with a great xmas gift from steve! More

From the initial contact via the web to the final drive off the BMW lot, we were impressed with the level of customer delivered by Cheryl and Frank! Other members of their firm followed up afterwards to make sure we were satisfied. We felt genuinely valued. Cheryl is definitely an asset to your firm. She stayed in touch, answered all our questions, made sure we always had someone to take care of us should she be out, and most importantly always followed up with us. She took my calls on her day off and stayed late the night we came to take delivery. She show cased the car for our inspection and then educated us on what we purchased. Cheryl could have easily asked us to come back later as it was late but she insisted we stay for a review of the car's features. Excellent customer service and a warm, genuine and inviting personality! Frank is an additional asset to BMW Richmond at Broad Street. He asked to hear our story and then set off to make the transaction complete. It was seamless for us and all the while he made it very enjoyable. He has a great personality, is very knowledgeable about the business and is a pleasure to converse with. I look forward to working with Frank and Cheryl in the future.
