Buying an automobile today is usually a harrowing experience, once completed you often feel totally ripped off, but with Mrs. Heyne and Crown Minis no haggle arrangement you know up front exactly what the purchase price is and how the sale is going to proceed step by step; this instills trust and confidence in the Company and in the product. I have had some experience with dealerships in the past and let’s just say that none were positive. Then I saw a car that I liked on auto trader that was being sold by this dealership (2009 Hyundai Sonata and let’s just say that none were positive. Then I saw a car that I liked on auto trader that was being sold by this dealership (2009 Hyundai Sonata). Having had issues with dealers in the past, I was hesitant to contact them. Eventually I did. Once I spoke to Cheryl Bowman it was clear that the personnel were there to do whatever they could to make my experience a memorable one. Honestly, my experience with this dealership was amazing. The staff was not only friendly, but very accommodating and did everything they could to answer my questions. I was very frank with them and maybe slightly rude but they responded very well. My experience with this dealer was very positive and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car. The car was well represented and is amazing. My wife loves it. Give these guys a chance, you will not be disappointed. More

I ordered my BMW 335i Coupe through Military/Diplomatic Sales in the U.K., and the Richmond BMW dealership was the closest available delivery point. My father (driver) and I were immediately greeted as if we were valued, repeat customers, not chum being used as shark bait. I was immediately directed to Steven Lerner, my Military Sales specialist. Steven explained he was new to Mil Sales delivery procedures, and apologized for (minor) delays. While waiting for final prep, Steven explained his dealership's mission statement of market-based, non-negotiated pricing. Delivery inspection was thorough, to the point of Steven noticing a small spot of cosmoline on a wheel and fixing it on the spot. Overall experience was what I would've expected if I were buying a 7-series from the dealership, instead of only accepting delivery of a 3-series purchased elsewhere. I made additional purchases of BMW's Road Hazard Protection plan, which was explained in detail, and carpet mats. If Richmond BMW was closer than 75 min drive, I would shop for accessories there. Will probably be using Richmond BMW for servicing my 335i. Richmond BMW and Steven Lerner are my first choices if I decide to upgrade my 3-series. I highly recommend Richmond BMW for Military/Diplomatic Sales deliveries. More

Loved the honesty and openness of the sales dept. It was nasty and cold outside so the cars were brought in for us to inspect. Also we were not planning to Buy a car on that day so my car had all my 3 year nasty and cold outside so the cars were brought in for us to inspect.
