My 2007 BMW broke down on my way to Newport News and I had it towed to Richmond BMW, i was very visits Ian and the rest of the team at Richmond BMW. I then decided to just trade my vehicle in and get a new BMW. Ian Weir was the sales rep i met and really helped me out with what turned into a two day process. I couldn't be any happier with my experience, Ian was very friendly, very helpful, knowledgeable and a great professional! The entire team was awesome! Starting with Dan Weinberger and Nick Carter in the service department to Ian Weir in sales and Frank and Dimitri in the finance department. I have owned Lexus, Mercedes Benz and some other high end vehicles but I've never had the service like I did at BMW! I will continue to purchase and recommend that every one I know purchases BMW's. I looked at cars, including BMW, for almost a year before actually buying. I met Steve Lerner during the early days of my search and reconnected with him as I was making my decision. He answered all my questions, even if it meant spending time on the computer or talking with others at the dealership. Ultimately, I ended up not selecting BMW for a variety of reasons, and the most difficult part of that experience was having to call Steve to tell him of my decision. Again, he was the consummate professional. He accepted my decision and let me know that he appreciated having had the opportunity to show me the BMW line.
