After six months of searching for a reliable vehicle I found my '08 Nissan Altima 3.5SE at Richmond BMW in excellent condition. I arrived 10 minutes before the dealership closed but Steve and Alex stayed and made sure my car buying experience was the most pleasent if not the most memorable! You would of thought I was buying a 100K dollar car the way they treated me! They worked hard to get me the best interest rate on my loan, explained any questions I had, and every feature of the car I was buying. It was honestly the first time I can say I trusted a salesman! LOL. Even after my purchase, Steve and the guys called me almost everyday to make sure I was enjoying my new vehicle and to see if I had any questions. Serendipity had me drive by Crown Mini. I am a Mini Cooper S owner who has lived with a little dissapointment since I bought it in 2005, having settled on a color that wasn't my first choice. I thought I'd get over my desire for the orange Mini over the years but never did. When I drove by this week, I saw an orange one on the lot and decided to pull in and look at it. The rest is history! They gave me a great trade-in price and a good price on the new(er) one. Steve let me take the orange one home so I could drive it longer and think about the offer. I went back the next day and bought it! I now have the Cooper I was meant to have from the beginning and am very happy. I still have three days to keep it or not but I don't think that's going to be an issue. Steve went above and beyond the call of duty for me and for the car to ensure that I drove away happy. I really appreciate all that he did to make this deal happen. He's the best! More

My experience with Richmond BMW located on Broad Street was very pleasant. I previously visited BMW on Midlothian and walked away with a bad taste in my mouth. I was referred by a friend to visit the Broad St location because the customer service is much better and I agree. Austin, Christine and Alex took care of us in a professional manner and made sure we had all the facts and gave us options that would help us in purchasing a vehicle. The staff was pleasant, knew the product they were selling, and wanted to see us leave happy. I would recommend BMW Richmond to anyone looking to buy a BMW and I will be back for my next BMW. More

One always wishes to get a better value from a trade in and the staff was able to get me a better price than originally quoted. It worked out in everyone's favor.
