My experience with the purchase of a vehicle at Richmond BMW was a pleasant one for two reasons; Steve Lerner as my sales advisor and the dealership's no haggle policy. Steve Lerner is a sales professional who guided me through the experience without the normal pressure tactics I have experienced at other dealerships. Steve explained all facets of the sales process in an understandable manner and was most attentive in explaining all features of the vehicle long after normal business hours and the sale was complete. I felt the vehicle was fairly priced and no time was wasted because of Richmond BMW's no price haggle policy. I highly recommend Steve Lerner and Richmond BMW for a pleasant vehicle buying experience. More
Crown MINI staff were extrememly helpful and courtious. THey did not force the issue of a car sale and provided plenty of details about the vehicle and pricing. The experience was one of the best car purchases in my over 30 years of driving. Paul Baldwin was very professional and knowledgable. He provided just the right amount of information and did not pressure what so ever on a car purchase. He is knowledgable on his product line and that was great to have as a customer. Frank was also knowledgable and professional in closing the sale and helpful on all aspects of buying and trading in a vehicle. One always wishes to get a better value from a trade in and the staff was able to get me a better price than originally quoted. It worked out in everyone's favor. We very much enjoy our new MINI Cooper and would purchase again from Crown MINI. More
Our experience with Richmond BMW, and with our sales associate (Steve Lerner), was excellent. We also currently have a pre-owned BMW purchased through the dealership, and when it came time to replace ou associate (Steve Lerner), was excellent. Steve and everyone at Richmond BMW were extremely helpful, friendly, and communicative. They explained all of our options and made time for me to do more than one text drive of the X3. Ordering and pick-up of the car was an efficient process, yet very thorough. My X3 showed up weeks ahead of schedule, and I absolutely love it! More

I had a great experience buying my new 528I. My salesman (Steven Lerner) was absolutely great. I expressed an interest in looking at the new five series over six months ago and Steve took me out for a test (Steven Lerner) was absolutely great. I expressed an interest in looking at the new five series over six months ago and Steve took me out for a test drive and told me a lot of information about the car. Over the next six months I would call him from time to time to ask questions and he would call me back, answer my questions, and not hastle me about when I am going to buy a car. So naturally when I decided to buy a BMW I looked for him and he gave me good service, spent alot of time with me showing me how the features worked on the car, and answered a lot of questions. I can be high maintenance and anal and to my surprise I had no complaints. I would certainly refer Steven to my friends. I was please with my conversations with the general manager and also enjoyed working with the person in finance as well. More

I flew down and was met at the airport and driven to the dealership where I was introduced to our new car and Steve Lerner. Fantastic experience start to finish. If you are considering an on-line purchase, do not hesistate, call Steve. I called the dealership to inquire about their internet listings and was interested in a number of their used cars. I was told that they would be open until 7:00pm but that the salesman (Paul) would wait listings and was interested in a number of their used cars. I was told that they would be open until 7:00pm but that the salesman (Paul) would wait for me since I was driving 6 hours to get there. I arrived at the dealership at 6:50pm and never once did I feel rushed to make a decision (did I mention that this is a Saturday night). After looking at the cars that met my needs (wants) we tried to work out the pricing on a car that was out of my budget once we worked all the numbers, never hesitating they started to work on the car that was more budget friendly to me without causing me to feel bad. Throughout this process they were concerned about my comfort offering me snacks and drinks as well as assisting me to find a hotel to stay in for the night. Each of the men that I worked with exemplified the qualities of salemanship that was enhanced by humanship. They made me feel comfortable and valued as a customer. It was 10:47pm when I drove away from the dealership behind Paul my salesman who made sure that I made it to my hotel safely. They did more than was ever expected. I am currently looking for another MINI convertible for my sister and plan to go through Crown MINI to get it. Again, a big thank you to Paul, Young, and Frank for making my MINI dream come true. I love my car and the experience of buying it. Thank you. More

I purchased a BMW from a friend several weeks ago and was told I needed to go to the dealer to have the BMW Assist info changed over to me. Though I was not buying a new BMW, and despite it being a very bus told I needed to go to the dealer to have the BMW Assist info changed over to me. Though I was not buying a new BMW, and despite it being a very busy Saturday morning, Steve Lerner took the time to help me transfer BMW Assist from the previous owner of my car and register me. He was very knowledgeable and despite having several sales prospects "in play" that morning, he still took excellent care of me. He even followed up with a phone call a few days later to make sure I had not had any problems with the "activation". I would highly recommend Steve to anyone looking to buy a BMW and will definitely seek him out when my time comes! More

It was a very busy Saturday afternoon with a lot of customers test driving and buying, negotiating on vehicles. Anya not only gave me my own "space" to look around, but she was readily available to answer any questions I had about the Mini Cooper S models I was interesting in. She even drove me to their "back lot" where I found the Mini I purchased a short time later. The transition to agreed price was excellent with Crown's preferred customer pricing. A "No Hassle" deal was made including an excellent offer for my trade-in. Financing was easy. Seriously. I was approved for financing and was in Frank Sorensen's office signing paperwork in under an hour. Frank presented several options to consider without any pressure. Excellent customer focus. Overall, my time spent at Crown Mini was excellent! Great customer service and a super friendly attitude. Anja was extremely knowledgable of the Mini Cooper and was thorough in explaining the features of the vehicle as well. I highly recommend this dealer! More
