I recommend this dealer and especially this guy Steve Learner to anyone with a complicated car-buying agenda. I have owned six BMWs (one of them a 2001 Z3 3.0 purchased from this same dealer). Steve Learner has been persistant,thorough, detailed and informative with my several queries (choices have been between another BMW Z3 3.0 or a 2009 and later Miata GT manual). Most important of all (regarding repeat purchases) He was comopletely polite when our first two choices didn't work out. This quality is right hard to find but it leaves one with the desire to try again with the same person which is what I will do if at all possible. More

I live 2 hours away from this dealership. They understood that I did not want to make several trips back and forth and did everything they could to make things easy for me. Mr. Lerner did not rush the sale but, after I decided, moved things very quickly so that I could take the car home that same day. This dealership also displayed several great support staff who helped the sale go smoothly and quickly. Also, they had a great website that showed pictures of the actual vehicle ( as opposed to stock photos). When I e-mailed them for questions, they were quick to respond using my preferred contact method (e-mail instead of phone). More

When I accepted a contract with an organisation based in Asia, I spoke with Steve about selling my car to the dealer and he was very encouraging in that it could be a transparent and easy process. I like Steve who seems like a individual with great sales skills complimented by his authenticity and values. In the end he offered me a very fair price for the vehicle and the process was painless! I would absolutely buy a car from Steve if I ever return to the USA. More

He showed great patience, as purchesing the car while deployed is very difficult (dealing with all the pw, bank etc). The car price was great too! My family was shopping for a larger SUV. I spoke to Steve on the phone about a specific SUV on his lot. He was extrememly helpful and friendly. Our trade-in value was priced very fair. The whole car buying process was smooth and easy. We feel we got an excellent value and we were treated with fairness and respect. The BMW team followed up with us after the purchase. We bought a used vehicle and they treated us like we bought he most expensive car on the lot. Steve Lerner was awesome to work with. More
Paul Baldwin was awesome. Very personable and helpful. I was looking for a 2011 base Clubman but, because of the lack of inventory at almost all of the Mini dealers in the mid-Atlantic, there were no 2011 b was looking for a 2011 base Clubman but, because of the lack of inventory at almost all of the Mini dealers in the mid-Atlantic, there were no 2011 base Clubmans to be had. Paul and his boss Yong (I hope I spelled that right) were very nice to take a 2010 service loaner out of service and sell it to me. It was in wonderful condition except for the usual minor chips and a scratch on the rear door which they fixed beautifully before delivery. The car looked new when I got it. I didn't know it when I walked into the dealership but, they have a "no haggle" pricing policy at Crown Mini. At first this made me a little uneasy but though out the entire process I never felt like I was being taken advantage of and it simplified the purchasing experience. They gave me a good solid number for my trade considering its age (2000 chevy suburban w/165,000mls) and the Clubman was priced below the average retail from what I could tell from my research on the internet so, I think I got an overall, solid deal with Crown Mini, Paul and Yong. I would highly recommend my man Paul Baldwin and the staff at Crown Mini. More
I highly recommend that any one who is looking for a BMW visits Ian and the rest of the team at Richmond BMW. My 2007 BMW broke down on my way to Newport News and I had it towed to Richmond BMW, i was very visits Ian and the rest of the team at Richmond BMW. My 2007 BMW broke down on my way to Newport News and I had it towed to Richmond BMW, i was very upset because i was visiting from New York City. I then decided to just trade my vehicle in and get a new BMW. Ian Weir was the sales rep i met and really helped me out with what turned into a two day process. I couldn't be any happier with my experience, Ian was very friendly, very helpful, knowledgeable and a great professional! The entire team was awesome! Starting with Dan Weinberger and Nick Carter in the service department to Ian Weir in sales and Frank and Dimitri in the finance department. I have owned Lexus, Mercedes Benz and some other high end vehicles but I've never had the service like I did at BMW! I will continue to purchase and recommend that every one I know purchases BMW's. We finally found a car that we liked online and contacted Richmond BMW via the internet. Steve Lerner took our application and got it approved. Because we live 3 hours away in North Carolina, we wanted to make sure the car was everything that we thought it was. Steve took the car out for a drive and called us back with his complete and honest take on the vehicle. As another buyer stated, Steve was "spot on" with the condition of the vehicle! We arrived on Saturday to look at the car and fell in love! This car was everything and more than what we were hoping for. Steve Lerner, and Aaron in finance made this quite possibly the easiest car buying experience we have ever had. We were in and out in under 3 hours! I would definately recommend Richmond BMW to anyone looking to buy a new BMW or a used vehicle. When you call or go in, ask for Steve Lerner, he will take care of you with no presure whatsoever.
