The only criticism we have on our experience is that paperwork got lost a few times and we had to redo all the financial documents. Steve Lerner responded in less than 5 minutes! Not only was he knowledgeable and professional, but his personality made it seem like we were buying a car from a friend. After reading a few glowing reviews about Steve, I told my husband that we got really lucky to have the opportunity to work with him. Well, he not only lived up to his reputation but he certainly exceeded our expectations. Steve paid careful attention to what we told him! I told him that I dread buying a new car because I hate the cat and mouse play between the seller and the customer, but I am not ready to avoid it because I do not want to pay an overpriced price. Buying an automobile today is usually a harrowing experience, once completed you often feel totally ripped off, but with Mrs. Heyne and Crown Minis no haggle arrangement you know up front exactly what the purchase price is and how the sale is going to proceed step by step; this instills trust and confidence in the Company and in the product. Eventually I did. Once I spoke to Cheryl Bowman it was clear that the personnel were there to do whatever they could to make my experience a memorable one. Honestly, my experience with this dealership was amazing. The staff was not only friendly, but very accommodating and did everything they could to answer my questions. I was very frank with them and maybe slightly rude but they responded very well. My experience with this dealer was very positive and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car.
