Even in the same dealership, they share with BMW, when you enter the Mini side of the building you can actually tell the difference in the way business is conducted. They sales staff is knowledgeable about their product, helpful and friendly. We did not feel that we were in a contest of ego's and being strung along until we got to the right number. We had none of the typical "Let me bring in my manager" to continue the battle. Crown had a very fair price on the 2011 Clubman S, and gave me a good trade on my Ridgeline. By far the best car buying experience my wife and I have had. There was no push, no what do I need to do for you to sign today, instead it was "take the car home and talk about , if you like the car and the deal is fair to you we will make the deal" . This is my first experience with Mini but I believe will be the beginning of a long relationship. I highly recommend Tim and Young for a pleasant buying experience. More

Richmond BMW had the best internet price by several thousand dollars on the vehicle of my choice so it was well worth the day trip to make my purchase. We could not have had a better experience. I own a 2003 Z4 which has <30k miles on it. The convertible roof stopped working and I brought it to Richmond BMW for service. They estimated $1500 for the repair, and I told them to go ahead. When I picked up the vehicle, they told me that they covered it since a car with so few miles should not have had this problem. Wow -- what a nice surprise! Later they called to see if I would rate my service experience as "all 5s". Well, actually they replaced a black bolt with a silver one. Most people would never even notice it, but since they asked if everything was perfect I told them about it. They asked where they could meet me to pick up the vehicle, got it, fixed it, and returned it. These guys believe in customer service. In my experience, they will do whatever they can to satisfy the customer. I would not hesitate to buy another BMW (in contrast to Audi which is an opposite experience). More
I worked with Steve Lerner on a recent Satellite Radio activation issue with my 650i purchase of a few months ago.
