My experience with Richmond BMW located on Broad Street was very pleasant. I previously visited BMW on Midlothian and walked away with a bad taste in my mouth. The sales person was ok but the manager Bob w was very pleasant. I previously visited BMW on Midlothian and walked away with a bad taste in my mouth. I was referred by a friend to visit the Broad St location because the customer service is much better and I agree. Austin, Christine and Alex took care of us in a professional manner and made sure we had all the facts and gave us options that would help us in purchasing a vehicle. The staff was pleasant, knew the product they were selling, and wanted to see us leave happy. I would recommend BMW Richmond to anyone looking to buy a BMW and I will be back for my next BMW. More

One always wishes to get a better value from a trade in and the staff was able to get me a better price than originally quoted. It worked out in everyone's favor. Over the next six months I would call him from time to time to ask questions and he would call me back, answer my questions, and not hastle me about when I am going to buy a car. So naturally when I decided to buy a BMW I looked for him and he gave me good service, spent alot of time with me showing me how the features worked on the car, and answered a lot of questions. I can be high maintenance and anal and to my surprise I had no complaints. I would certainly refer Steven to my friends.
